【摘要】：針對(duì)人口擁擠、交通擁堵、環(huán)境污染、住房困難等一系列"城市病"問題,為了客觀、定量評(píng)估城市現(xiàn)狀,找到"城市病"根源,本文面向城市區(qū)域評(píng)估,利用空間大數(shù)據(jù)全面、客觀、準(zhǔn)確的特點(diǎn),對(duì)城市進(jìn)行全方位的評(píng)估,從人口、資源、環(huán)境、住房、公共設(shè)施、道路交通、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及城市安全等多方面為治理"城市病"提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。本文從城市區(qū)域評(píng)估的內(nèi)涵入手,設(shè)計(jì)了城市區(qū)域評(píng)估的總體流程,建立了全面的評(píng)估體系,并對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)城市區(qū)域評(píng)估的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了闡述。通過(guò)城市區(qū)域評(píng)估的方式,對(duì)城市現(xiàn)狀客觀掃描,將使"城市病"的病重程度得到客觀度量,是根治"城市病"的首要條件。
[Abstract]:In view of a series of "urban diseases", such as population congestion, traffic congestion, environmental pollution, housing difficulties and so on, in order to objectively and quantitatively evaluate the present situation of cities and find out the root causes of "urban diseases", this paper aims at the evaluation of urban areas. The comprehensive, objective and accurate characteristics of spatial big data are used to evaluate the city from population, resources, environment, housing, public facilities, road traffic, Economic development and urban safety and other aspects for the treatment of "urban disease" to provide basic data. Starting with the connotation of urban regional assessment, this paper designs the overall process of urban regional assessment, establishes a comprehensive evaluation system, and expounds the key technologies for realizing urban regional assessment. Through the evaluation of urban areas, the objective scanning of the present situation of cities will make the degree of disease of "urban diseases" be objectively measured, which is the primary condition for radical cure of "urban diseases".
