【摘要】：無人機航攝使用成本低、反應(yīng)迅速快、場地限制小、操作簡便、見效快,在農(nóng)村土地確權(quán)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,并取得了令人矚目的研究成果。筆者單位為了保質(zhì)保量按時完成鳳陽縣(第二標段:大廟鎮(zhèn)、殷澗鎮(zhèn)、劉府鎮(zhèn))農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營權(quán)確權(quán)登記發(fā)證工作,采用無人機航測遙感技術(shù),進行農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營權(quán)確權(quán),通過數(shù)據(jù)處理、外業(yè)指界標繪、調(diào)查底圖制作、質(zhì)量控制、結(jié)果分析等步驟,獲取工作區(qū)內(nèi)每一塊農(nóng)村承包土地的面積、權(quán)屬和分布等信息,并分析無人機遙感手段獲得的成果與傳統(tǒng)方式成果在精度方面的優(yōu)勢,以便進一步推廣。
[Abstract]:UAV aerial photography has the advantages of low cost, rapid response, small site limitation, simple operation and quick effect. It has been widely used in the confirmation of land rights in rural areas, and has obtained remarkable research results. In order to ensure the quality and quantity of the Fengyang County (second bid: Daimiao Town, Yin Jian Town, Liu Fu Town), the author's unit registered and issued the right of contract management right of rural land, and adopted the aerial survey remote sensing technology of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). To obtain the area, ownership and distribution of each piece of rural contracted land in the working area through the steps of confirming the right to contract and managing rural land, through data processing, mapping of the outside sector, making of the survey base map, quality control, and analysis of the results, etc. The advantages in precision of remote sensing method and traditional method are analyzed in order to popularize it.
