【摘要】：加快棚戶區(qū)改造是落實(shí)國(guó)務(wù)院部署的一項(xiàng)政治任務(wù),也是當(dāng)前及今后一段時(shí)期內(nèi)的最大民生工程。通過利用年度土地變更調(diào)查遙感影像對(duì)榮成市2015年度棚戶區(qū)改造新開工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行甄別排查,經(jīng)實(shí)地核查后獲取不合格項(xiàng)目的具體范圍和面積。研究結(jié)果表明,利用年度土地變更調(diào)查遙感影像可以有效地提高棚戶區(qū)改造資金監(jiān)管中對(duì)于項(xiàng)目定性效率,并推進(jìn)資源共享共建,為政府決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the transformation of shantytowns is a political task deployed by the State Council and is also the biggest livelihood project at present and in the future.By using the remote sensing images of the annual land change survey, the scope and area of the unqualified projects were obtained by screening and examining the newly started projects in the shantytown reconstruction in Rongcheng City in 2015.The results show that the use of the remote sensing image of the annual land change survey can effectively improve the qualitative efficiency of the project in the supervision of shantytown reconstruction funds, and promote the co-construction of resources sharing, thus providing scientific basis for the government to make decisions.
