【摘要】：利用遙感影像進(jìn)行自動化水體提取是一項(xiàng)富有挑戰(zhàn)的任務(wù)。提出了一種GIS數(shù)據(jù)輔助下的可見光遙感影像水體自動提取方法,其核心是將影像分割、配準(zhǔn)和變化檢測集成為一體化處理流程檢測水體。利用水體在遙感影像上的顯著特性,首先提出了基于多尺度視覺注意模型的疑似水體區(qū)域檢測;然后對影像顯著區(qū)域進(jìn)行水平集分割處理,通過迭代的分割和配準(zhǔn)一體化處理不斷優(yōu)化直至獲得最優(yōu)的分割和配準(zhǔn)結(jié)果,其中改進(jìn)的形狀曲線相似度特征用于約束分割結(jié)果與GIS水體對象的匹配;最后,利用基于緩沖區(qū)的變化檢測方法獲取變化和未變化的水體對象,同時(shí)利用已知水體輻射特征與GIS地物的空間位置關(guān)系剔除非水體對象。采用3組不同分辨率的遙感影像和不同尺度的GIS數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果顯示了本文方法在水體自動提取和變化檢測中的有效性。
[Abstract]:It is a challenging task to use remote sensing image to extract water body automatically. A method of water body automatic extraction based on GIS data is proposed, the core of which is to divide the image. Registration and change detection are integrated into integrated processing process to detect water body. Based on the salient characteristics of remote sensing image, a multi-scale visual attention model is proposed to detect suspected water body area. Then the level set segmentation of the significant region of the image is carried out, and the iterative segmentation and registration integration process are used to optimize the image until the optimal segmentation and registration results are obtained. The improved similarity feature of shape curve is used to match the segmentation result with the GIS water object. Finally, the change detection method based on buffer is used to obtain the changed and unchanged water objects. At the same time, three groups of remote sensing images with different resolution and GIS data of different scales are used to eliminate non-water objects by using the spatial relationship between the radiation characteristics of known water bodies and the spatial position of GIS objects. The results show the effectiveness of this method in automatic water extraction and change detection.
