基于GIS的環(huán)境信息數(shù)據(jù)空間表達(dá)方式的研究

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,環(huán)境問題不斷凸顯,與此伴生的環(huán)境信息種類逐漸增多,數(shù)據(jù)量逐漸增大。對環(huán)境信息進(jìn)行及時、有效的整合利用成為環(huán)境管理的重要內(nèi)容,也成為解決環(huán)境問題的有效途徑。信息整合是信息化建設(shè)的核心,如何將大量環(huán)境信息數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行及時有效整合、實(shí)現(xiàn)對環(huán)境信息資源的深度開發(fā),是當(dāng)前環(huán)境信息管理亟需解決的問題。地理信息系統(tǒng)(Geographic Information System, GIS)是一種具有采集、儲存、管理、運(yùn)算、分析、顯示和描述數(shù)據(jù)功能的空間信息系統(tǒng),它將GIS和環(huán)境信息管理有效結(jié)合,通過對環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行及時有效整合,提高對環(huán)境信息綜合分析的能力,為環(huán)境管理提供決策依據(jù)。本研究在大量文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)分析了國內(nèi)外環(huán)境信息化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了建立環(huán)境信息數(shù)據(jù)庫的模式及特征。一套完整的環(huán)境信息化體系應(yīng)包括兩個基礎(chǔ)方面:1、對大量環(huán)境信息數(shù)據(jù)的搜集、整理;2、對已搜集環(huán)境信息數(shù)據(jù)的整合分析。本研究在此基礎(chǔ)上,選擇山西省為研究對象,對山西省行政區(qū)域內(nèi)的相關(guān)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)搜集和整理,其數(shù)據(jù)包括重點(diǎn)企業(yè)污染源普查數(shù)據(jù)、污染源實(shí)時監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)、環(huán)境質(zhì)量監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)、環(huán)境規(guī)劃數(shù)據(jù)等。通過將山西省環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)(包括:污染源數(shù)據(jù)、環(huán)境質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)、生態(tài)管理及功能區(qū)劃數(shù)據(jù))和基礎(chǔ)地理數(shù)據(jù)(包括:二維矢量地圖、遙感影像地圖、高程數(shù)據(jù)模型)相結(jié)合,建立了基于二/三維GIS下的環(huán)境地理信息系統(tǒng);實(shí)現(xiàn)了對環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)的二/三維可視化瀏覽及查詢,重點(diǎn)企業(yè)重點(diǎn)環(huán)境監(jiān)測設(shè)備的三維模型模擬,突發(fā)性污染事件的應(yīng)急擴(kuò)散分析和各種專題圖(包括噪聲區(qū)劃圖、水環(huán)境功能區(qū)劃圖、山西省生態(tài)規(guī)劃圖等)的生成。本研究對山西省開展環(huán)境信息管理提供了一定理論指導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐參考,通過促進(jìn)山西省環(huán)境信息的深度開發(fā),為當(dāng)?shù)氐沫h(huán)境管理提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy and the progress of science and technology, the environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent. Effective integration and utilization has become an important part of environmental management and an effective way to solve environmental problems. Information integration is the core of information construction, how to integrate a large number of environmental information data in a timely and effective manner. To realize the deep exploitation of environmental information resources is an urgent problem to be solved in current environmental information management. Geographic Information system (GIS) is a kind of collection, storage, management, operation and analysis. The spatial information system, which displays and describes the function of data, effectively combines GIS with environmental information management, and improves the ability of comprehensive analysis of environmental information through timely and effective integration of environmental data. On the basis of a large number of documents, this study systematically analyzes the development of environmental information both at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the mode and characteristics of setting up an environmental information database. A complete environmental information system should include two basic aspects: 1, collecting a large amount of environmental information data, On the basis of this, the author chooses Shanxi Province as the research object, and systematically collects and arranges the relevant environmental data in the administrative region of Shanxi Province. The data include survey data of pollution sources of key enterprises, real-time monitoring data of pollution sources, environmental quality monitoring data, environmental planning data and so on. Combining ecological management and functional zoning data with basic geographic data (including two-dimensional vector map, remote sensing image map, elevation data model), an environmental geographic information system based on two / three dimensional GIS is established. Two / three dimensional visual browsing and querying of environmental data, 3D model simulation of key environmental monitoring equipment in key enterprises, emergency diffusion analysis of sudden pollution events and various thematic maps (including noise zoning) are realized. This study provides some theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of environmental information management in Shanxi Province, through promoting the in-depth development of environmental information in Shanxi Province. Provide decision-making reference for local environmental management.
