【摘要】：采用2015年開發(fā)的城鄉(xiāng)不同比例尺的數(shù)據(jù)庫融合標準及建設管理軟件,開展集體土地所有權(quán)數(shù)據(jù)庫(1∶10 000比例尺)、集體土地使用權(quán)(宅基地使用權(quán)和集體建設用地使用權(quán))數(shù)據(jù)庫(1∶500比例尺)的融合工作,為土地登記信息監(jiān)管查詢提供基礎,也為不動產(chǎn)登記信息管理基礎平臺和公開查詢系統(tǒng)建設提供規(guī)范、有效的土地登記基礎信息。
[Abstract]:Using the database fusion standard and construction management software of different scale in urban and rural areas developed in 2015, To develop the integration of the collective land ownership database (1: 10,000 scale) and the collective land use right (housing land use right and collective construction land use right database (1: 500 scale)), so as to provide the basis for land registration information supervision and inquiry. It also provides standard and effective land registration information for the foundation platform of real estate registration information management and the construction of public query system.
