合肥光源升級改造工程一級和二級控制網(wǎng)的建立及精度評估

【摘要】:合肥光源升級改造工程一級和二級控制網(wǎng)的建立是基于LeicaTDA5005全站儀和激光跟蹤儀,合肥光源的磁鐵點位精度達到微米級,其高精度的要求已達到計量學的精度,即用精密工程測量學的方法,用高精度的現(xiàn)代儀器,達到計量學的精度指標;合肥光源升級改造工程的準直測量首先必須建立高精度的控制網(wǎng),再通過控制網(wǎng)對磁鐵點位進行定位和調(diào)試。而本文主要是對一級和二級控制網(wǎng)進行施測方案設計、模擬計算并且通過實際測量數(shù)據(jù)進行平差計算,從而建立穩(wěn)定、合理和高精度的控制網(wǎng)。本論文的主要內(nèi)容如下: 1、針對合肥光源進行簡單的介紹,并且闡述了合肥光源升級改造的必要性;同時對合肥光源升級改造工程的準直測量進行概述。 2、闡述了合肥光源升級改造工程建立一級和二級控制網(wǎng)的目的,對一級和二級控制網(wǎng)進行方案設計、精度分析和模擬計算。 3、介紹了合肥光源升級改造工程一級控制網(wǎng)的所用儀器和實測過程,并根據(jù)一級網(wǎng)的實測數(shù)據(jù)進行平差計算和精度評估。 4、介紹了合肥光源改造工程二級控制網(wǎng)的實測過程和施測難點,結(jié)合激光跟蹤儀測量數(shù)據(jù)采用Spatial Analyzer(SA)軟件的統(tǒng)一空間測量網(wǎng)絡法(Unified Spatial Metrology Network,USMN)和三維網(wǎng)平差法進行數(shù)據(jù)處理,并對兩種方法的數(shù)據(jù)處理結(jié)果進行對比分析,,從而對二級控制網(wǎng)進行精度評估。
[Abstract]:The establishment of primary and secondary control network of Hefei Light Source upgrading Project is based on LeicaTDA5005 total station instrument and laser tracker. The precision of magnetic spot position of Hefei light source reaches micron level, and its high precision requirement has reached metrology precision. That is to say, the precision index of metrology is achieved by means of precision engineering surveying method and modern instrument with high precision, and the collimation measurement of Hefei light source upgrading project must first establish a high-precision control network. Then the magnet spot is located and debugged through the control network. In this paper, the primary and secondary control networks are designed, simulated and adjusted through the actual measurement data, thus the stability is established. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1. The light source of Hefei is introduced briefly, and the necessity of upgrading the light source in Hefei is expounded. At the same time, the collimation measurement of the upgrading project of light source in Hefei is summarized. 2. The purpose of establishing primary and secondary control networks in Hefei Light Source upgrading Project is expounded. The scheme design, precision analysis and simulation calculation of primary and secondary control networks are carried out. 3. The instrument used in the primary control network of Hefei Light Source upgrading Project and the measurement process are introduced, and the adjustment calculation and accuracy evaluation are carried out according to the measured data of the first class light source. 4. The measurement process and difficulties of the secondary control network of Hefei Light Source Reconstruction Project are introduced. The unified spatial measurement network method Unified Spatial Metrology Network (USMN) and the three-dimensional network adjustment method are used to process the data of laser tracker using Spatial Analyzer-SAsoftware. The data processing results of the two methods are compared and analyzed so as to evaluate the accuracy of the two-level control network.
