適用于站域后備保護(hù)的智能變電站站間信息傳輸方案

【摘要】:要實(shí)現(xiàn)基于電流差動(dòng)原理的智能變電站站域后備保護(hù),需要獲取相鄰變電站的SV和GOOSE信息,為此研究了變電站之間的信息傳輸方案。滿足帶寬和實(shí)時(shí)性要求的SV傳輸方案有以下三種:借用光纖縱差保護(hù)裝置轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)的方案、采用專用數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)裝置的方案和廣域以太網(wǎng)擴(kuò)展變電站過(guò)程層網(wǎng)絡(luò)的方案。經(jīng)過(guò)性能對(duì)比分析,第三個(gè)方案互操作性好、數(shù)據(jù)帶寬高,最適合于站域后備保護(hù)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。對(duì)第三個(gè)方案從SV數(shù)據(jù)的同步性、數(shù)據(jù)通道帶寬、通信傳輸距離及可靠性、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸延時(shí)等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了初步分析,表明采用該方案在智能變電站之間透明傳輸SV和GOOSE信息是可行的。最后指出了實(shí)用化過(guò)程中需要進(jìn)一步研究的內(nèi)容和可能存在的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the backup protection of intelligent substation station domain based on current differential principle, it is necessary to obtain the SV and GOOSE information of adjacent substations. Therefore, the information transmission scheme between substations is studied. There are three SV transmission schemes to meet the requirements of bandwidth and real-time: the scheme of using optical fiber longitudinal differential protection device to forward, the scheme of using special data forwarding device and the scheme of extending substation process layer network with wide area Ethernet. Through performance comparison and analysis, the third scheme has good interoperability and high data bandwidth, so it is most suitable for the practical application of station domain backup protection. The third scheme is analyzed from the aspects of SV data synchronization, data channel bandwidth, communication transmission distance and reliability, data transmission delay and so on. It is shown that it is feasible to use this scheme to transmit SV and GOOSE information transparent between intelligent substations. Finally, the contents and problems that need to be further studied in the process of practicality are pointed out.
