基于磁電換能器的三維寬頻振動(dòng)能量采集器

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一種采用磁電換能器的三維寬頻振動(dòng)能量采集器,突破傳統(tǒng)振動(dòng)能量采集器響應(yīng)頻帶范圍窄,以及僅能響應(yīng)某一方向振動(dòng)能量的限制。采集器由傘狀彈性結(jié)構(gòu)、環(huán)形磁路和磁電換能器組成。傘狀彈性結(jié)構(gòu)可以響應(yīng)任意方向振動(dòng)能量,同時(shí)借助磁路與磁電換能器間的磁力非線性作用展寬器件頻率響應(yīng)范圍,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)多方向?qū)掝l振動(dòng)能量采集。理論推導(dǎo)了磁力作用下振動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,以及電壓輸出模型;借助結(jié)構(gòu)仿真軟件COMSOL multiphysics和磁場(chǎng)仿真軟件Ansoft Maxwell分析了結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)和磁路磁場(chǎng)分布特性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在加速度為5.88 m/s2的振動(dòng)激勵(lì)下,采集器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)三維振動(dòng)能量采集,在x-y平面內(nèi)最大響應(yīng)帶寬達(dá)到4.1 Hz,最大輸出功率達(dá)到41.2μW;z方向最大帶寬為2.5 Hz,最大輸出功率達(dá)到43μW。
[Abstract]:A three-dimensional broadband vibration energy collector using magnetoelectric transducer is designed, which breaks through the narrow response band range of the traditional vibration energy collector and can only respond to the limit of vibration energy in a certain direction. The collector is composed of umbrella elastic structure, annular magnetic circuit and magnetoelectric transducer. The umbrella elastic structure can respond to vibration energy in any direction. At the same time, the frequency response range of the device can be broadened by the nonlinear action of magnetic circuit and magnetoelectric transducer, and finally the multi-direction broadband vibration energy acquisition can be realized. The dynamic equation and voltage output model of vibrating structure under magnetic force are derived theoretically, and the characteristics of structural vibration and magnetic field distribution are analyzed by means of structural simulation software COMSOL multiphysics and magnetic field simulation software Ansoft Maxwell. The experimental results show that the three-dimensional vibration energy acquisition can be realized by the vibration excitation with acceleration of 5.88 m/s2.
