大型火電成套機(jī)組的可靠性設(shè)計及驗證方法

【摘要】:建立了火電成套機(jī)組的可用度計算模型,提出了大型火電成套機(jī)組等效可用系數(shù)和等效強(qiáng)迫停運(yùn)率的設(shè)計值的計算方法以及等效可用系數(shù)設(shè)計值的可靠性驗證方法,通過4個火電廠9臺超超臨界1 000MW火電成套機(jī)組的45個臺年運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計結(jié)果的可靠性驗證,給出了火電成套機(jī)組的強(qiáng)迫停運(yùn)率修正系數(shù)和機(jī)組降低出力系數(shù)的統(tǒng)計結(jié)果以及超超臨界1 000MW火電成套機(jī)組等效可用系數(shù)設(shè)計值的計算實例與驗證實例.結(jié)果表明:等效可用系數(shù)設(shè)計值的相對誤差范圍為-0.55%~3.37%;應(yīng)用這些可靠性設(shè)計方法,可以在設(shè)計階段定量計算大型火電成套機(jī)組的等效可用系數(shù)和等效強(qiáng)迫停運(yùn)率的設(shè)計值,為大型火電成套機(jī)組的可靠性設(shè)計和改進(jìn)提供依據(jù).

[Abstract]:The calculation model of availability of complete thermal power units is established, and the calculation method of equivalent availability coefficient and equivalent forced outage rate of large thermal power units is put forward, and the reliability verification method of equivalent available coefficient design values is put forward. The reliability is verified by the statistical results of 45 platform annual operation data of 9 ultra-supercritical 1 000MW thermal power units in 4 thermal power plants. The statistical results of the correction coefficient of forced outage rate and the reduced output coefficient of the complete thermal power unit are given, as well as the calculation and verification examples of the design value of the equivalent available coefficient of the ultra-supercritical 1 000MW thermal power unit. The results show that the relative error range of the design value of the equivalent available coefficient is-0.55% 鈮,
