LED照明驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊研制

【摘要】:照明在能源消耗中一直占著比較大的比重,約占世界能源消耗的20%。受環(huán)境污染、資源短缺的制約,迫切需要對(duì)更加綠色環(huán)保的照明產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行研究。半導(dǎo)體照明計(jì)劃已經(jīng)在上個(gè)世紀(jì)末推出,節(jié)能,環(huán)保,體積小,壽命長,光效高,無汞污染等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),LED照明正越來越受到人們的重視,成為照明行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。目前各國都對(duì)LED照明及其相關(guān)應(yīng)用投入了大量的財(cái)力和人力。 LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的各種性能參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,在很大程度上決定了照明的質(zhì)量和LED照明產(chǎn)品的壽命,所以驅(qū)動(dòng)電路電路設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性是確保LED照明產(chǎn)品可靠的關(guān)鍵因素。隨著LED行業(yè)的發(fā)展和各種規(guī)定的制定,對(duì)于目前的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)器的更高的要求,如在寬輸入電壓范圍的情況下可以穩(wěn)定的輸出電壓,PF值和功率密度高,體積小,和在整個(gè)負(fù)載范圍內(nèi)效率高。本課題首先介紹了LED的基本發(fā)光原理,并對(duì)其電流、電壓和光功率之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了一定的分析;也對(duì)LED照明的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了介紹,以及它日后廣闊的發(fā)展前景。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一款基于TNY280,額定輸出功率10W,恒流350mA的隔離輸出單端反激式LED驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊,其輸入電壓為85-264VAC;具有空載保護(hù)、過壓保護(hù)功能,且符合EMC要求;該驅(qū)動(dòng)器采用PWM的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)得到恒流輸出效果,過壓時(shí)用穩(wěn)壓管實(shí)現(xiàn)空載過壓保護(hù),通過變壓器和光耦隔離實(shí)現(xiàn)了輸出隔離;本論文設(shè)計(jì)的電源可廣泛用于LED照明驅(qū)動(dòng)中。 按照以上的設(shè)計(jì)要求,通過電路仿真和分析,最終設(shè)計(jì)并制作出符合要求的驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊樣機(jī)。最后,對(duì)做成的樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試,結(jié)果證明設(shè)計(jì)是正確的,性能指標(biāo)基本達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Lighting has always accounted for a large proportion of energy consumption, accounting for about 20% of the world's energy consumption. Restricted by environmental pollution and shortage of resources, it is urgent to study greener lighting products. Semiconductor lighting plan has been launched at the end of last century, such as energy saving, environmental protection, small volume, long life, high light efficiency, mercury-free pollution and many other advantages. LED lighting is being paid more and more attention and become the development trend of lighting industry. At present, many countries have invested a lot of financial and human resources in LED lighting and its related applications. The design and calculation of various performance parameters of LED driving circuit determine the quality of lighting and the life of LED lighting products to a great extent, so the reliability of driving circuit design is the key factor to ensure the reliability of LED lighting products. With the development of LED industry and the formulation of various regulations, there are higher requirements for current LED drivers, such as stable output voltage under wide input voltage range, high PFvalue and power density, small volume, and high efficiency in the whole load range. In this paper, the basic luminous principle of LED is introduced, and the relationship between current, voltage and optical power is analyzed, and the application status, advantages and disadvantages of LED lighting are also introduced, as well as its broad development prospect in the future.
