一種適用于小電流母線的電子式電流互感器供電電源

【摘要】:針對(duì)電流互感器供電電源存在供電死區(qū)、線圈易飽和問題,文中基于能量收集的思想,設(shè)計(jì)了七級(jí)電荷泵電路實(shí)現(xiàn)能量收集和轉(zhuǎn)移。采用磁導(dǎo)率較小的硅鋼材料作為鐵芯且通過開氣隙的方法增加鐵芯磁路磁阻,使鐵芯不易飽和。采用超級(jí)電容存儲(chǔ)電荷泵轉(zhuǎn)移的電荷,并設(shè)計(jì)了電源管理模塊控制泄能通道和供電通道。最后研制了樣機(jī),以低功耗單片機(jī)控制的無線測(cè)溫模塊和通用分組無線業(yè)務(wù)(GPRS)模塊為負(fù)載進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明電源樣機(jī)能夠在輸電線電流為1A時(shí)為負(fù)載提供足夠能量。與二次繞組為1 500匝的電流互感器供電電源相比,所設(shè)計(jì)的550匝供電電源更適用于輸電線電流小的情況。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of dead power supply and easy saturation of coil in current transformer power supply, based on the idea of energy collection, a seven-stage charge pump circuit is designed to realize energy collection and transfer. The magnetic resistance of the iron core is increased by using the silicon steel material with low permeability as the iron core and the magnetic resistance of the iron core is increased by opening the air gap, which makes the iron core difficult to saturate. The supercapacitor is used to store the charge transferred by the charge pump, and the power management module is designed to control the energy discharge channel and the power supply channel. Finally, the prototype is developed, and the wireless temperature measurement module controlled by low power single chip microcomputer and the general packet wireless service (GPRS) module are tested as the load. The experimental results show that the power supply prototype can provide enough energy for the load when the current of the transmission line is 1A. Compared with the current transformer power supply with secondary winding of 1500 turns, the designed 550 turn power supply is more suitable for the case of low current of transmission line.
