城市高負(fù)荷密度新區(qū)電壓層級(jí)方案適用性研究

【摘要】:為探求城市高負(fù)荷密度新區(qū)電壓層級(jí)配置方案的適用性,提出模擬規(guī)劃區(qū)域變電站和電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)綜合規(guī)劃的數(shù)學(xué)模型。采用粒子群算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,獲得并比較各種負(fù)荷密度和4種設(shè)備選型下,220/110/10 kV、220/110/20 kV、220/20 kV這3種電壓層級(jí)優(yōu)化規(guī)劃方案的建設(shè)規(guī)模及經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)。研究表明,負(fù)荷密度達(dá)到10 MW/km2及以上時(shí)宜采用20 kV作為中壓配電電壓;與220/110/20 kV層級(jí)相比,簡(jiǎn)化變電層次的220/20 kV電壓層級(jí)在各種設(shè)備選型下經(jīng)濟(jì)性更優(yōu)。
