【摘要】：實(shí)際電纜附件安裝時(shí)一般會(huì)在附件主絕緣與電纜絕緣界面均勻涂覆硅脂,但不同種類的硅脂對界面特性的影響尚未見報(bào)道。為此,選用2種常用工業(yè)硅脂(普通硅脂(CSG)和氟化硅脂(FSG)),采用電聲脈沖法(PEA)測試不同硅脂涂層對交聯(lián)聚乙烯/硅橡膠(XLPE/SR)界面電荷特性的影響;并通過機(jī)械拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證硅脂對硅橡膠材料的溶脹效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:氟化硅脂具有較強(qiáng)的電負(fù)性,使得試樣界面更易于積聚電荷;普通硅脂和氟化硅脂對硅橡膠都具有溶脹作用,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致XLPE/SR夾層界面正電荷向硅橡膠體內(nèi)遷移;老化后,涂覆普通硅脂的硅橡膠力學(xué)性能的下降程度更為明顯。
[Abstract]:When the actual cable accessories are installed, the main insulation of the accessories and the insulation interface of the cables will be uniformly coated with silicone grease, but the influence of different kinds of silicone grease on the interface characteristics has not been reported. For this reason, two kinds of common industrial silicone grease (ordinary silicone grease (CSG) and fluorosilicone grease (FSG),) were used to test the effect of different silicone grease coatings on the interfacial charge characteristics of crosslinked polyethylene / silicone rubber (XLPE/SR) by electroacoustic pulse (PEA). The swelling effect of silicone grease on silicone rubber was verified by mechanical tensile test. The results show that fluoride silicone grease has strong electronegativity, which makes it easier to accumulate charge at the interface of the sample, and both ordinary silicone grease and fluorosilicone grease have swelling effect on silicone rubber, which leads to the migration of positive charge at the interface of XLPE/SR interlayer to silicone rubber. After aging, the mechanical properties of silicone rubber coated with ordinary silicone grease decreased more obviously.
