二極管箝位多電平有源電力濾波器及其控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:有源電力濾波器是柔性交流輸電系統(tǒng)中的一種重要裝置,其主電路采用電力電子變換器結(jié)構(gòu),可快速響應(yīng)負(fù)載電流的變化,實時補償諧波電流和無功電流,有效抑制電流尖峰及其在其它設(shè)備上造成的過壓過流現(xiàn)象,是解決供電系統(tǒng)中諧波畸變、提高電能質(zhì)量的技術(shù)裝備。目前,受限于電力電子器件的電壓電流容量,高壓大容量有源電力濾波器的研究與應(yīng)用還較少,多電平有源電力濾波器的研究處于起步階段;诙䴓O管箝位多電平主電路結(jié)構(gòu)的變換器的容量和電壓等級可以較傳統(tǒng)的兩電平結(jié)構(gòu)成倍提高,極大地拓展了該拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)在高壓大容量電能變換領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用范圍,成為當(dāng)前電力電子技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用的研究熱點之一。在此背景下,本文就有源濾波系統(tǒng)中二極管箝位多電平變換器的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理及其控制等方面進行了研究,主要研究工作如下:(1)分析了多電平主電路結(jié)構(gòu)的有源電力濾波器的基本結(jié)構(gòu)及其工作原理,對二極管箝位多電平變換器主電路進行了數(shù)學(xué)建模,通過坐標(biāo)變換推導(dǎo)出該變換器主電路在三相和dq坐標(biāo)系下的等效電路。在此基礎(chǔ)之上利用有功/無功解耦控制實現(xiàn)變換器在有源電力濾波應(yīng)用中的有功/無功功率的平衡控制與直流電壓的穩(wěn)壓控制,通過計算機仿真驗證了系統(tǒng)模型的正確性及控制策略的有效性。(2)給出了一種在電壓矢量空間實現(xiàn)諧波電流間接控制的算法,該算法通過預(yù)測諧波電流的大小將控制量變換為變換器輸出電壓參考,并獨立于有源電力濾波器的有功與無功電流解耦控制,其輸出與解耦控制輸出的電壓參考之和可直接應(yīng)用于多電平空間電壓矢量調(diào)制算法。(3) 提出了直流電壓均壓的調(diào)制方法和輔助均壓電路兩種均壓方法。其中均壓多電平SVPWM快速算法在α'β'坐標(biāo)系下可簡化數(shù)字化定點計算的運算強度,同時解決了無功補償和有源電力濾波等應(yīng)用中電容電壓的不平衡問題。另外,研究了基于輔助電感的電容均壓電路,通過控制該電路開關(guān)器件的不同導(dǎo)通與關(guān)斷組合,在多個直流電容與均壓電感間形成多組均壓電流的流通回路。在前一個開關(guān)周期為電壓最高的電容提供放電回路,在后一個開關(guān)周期為電壓最低的電容提供充電回路,通過多次對電壓最高的電容放電和電壓最低的電容充電操作后,可實現(xiàn)所有直流電容電壓的均衡。研制了小容量實驗樣機,主電路采用二極管箝位五電平主電路和直流均壓電路,并設(shè)計了全數(shù)字控制系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了無功/有功解耦控制和諧波電流的實時補償,最后,完成了直流電壓均衡、無功補償和諧波抑制等功能的實驗驗證。
[Abstract]:Active power filter (APF) is an important device in flexible AC transmission system. its main circuit adopts power electronic converter structure, which can quickly respond to the change of load current and compensate harmonic current and reactive current in real time. It is a technical equipment to effectively suppress the current peak and its overvoltage and over-current caused by other equipment to solve the harmonic distortion and improve the power quality in the power supply system. At present, due to the voltage and current capacity of power electronic devices, the research and application of high voltage and large capacity active power filter is still less, and the research of multi-level active power filter is in its infancy. The capacity and voltage level of the converter based on diode clamped multi-level main circuit structure can be doubled compared with the traditional two-level structure, which greatly expands the application range of the topology in the field of high voltage and large capacity power conversion. It has become one of the research hotspots of power electronics technology and its application. Under this background, the structure, working principle and control of diode clamped multilevel converter in active filter system are studied in this paper. The main research work is as follows: (1) the basic structure and working principle of active power filter with multi-level main circuit structure are analyzed, and the main circuit of diode clamped multilevel converter is modeled. The equivalent circuit of the main circuit of the converter in three-phase and dq coordinate system is derived by coordinate transformation. On this basis, the active / reactive power balance control and DC voltage stabilization control of the converter in active power filter application are realized by using active / reactive power decoupling control. The correctness of the system model and the effectiveness of the control strategy are verified by computer simulation. (2) an algorithm for indirect control of harmonic current in voltage vector space is presented. The algorithm converts the control quantity into the output voltage reference of the converter by predicting the harmonic current, and is independent of the active and reactive current decoupling control of the active power filter. The sum of voltage reference of output and decoupling control output can be directly applied to multi-level space voltage vector modulation algorithm. (3) two voltage sharing methods, DC voltage sharing modulation method and auxiliary voltage sharing circuit, are proposed. The uniform voltage multi-level SVPWM algorithm can simplify the operation intensity of digital fixed-point calculation in 偽'尾 'coordinate system, and solve the imbalance problem of capacitance voltage in reactive power compensation and active power filter. In addition, the capacitor voltage equalizing circuit based on auxiliary inductance is studied. By controlling the different on and off combinations of the switching devices of the circuit, multiple groups of voltage sharing current circulation circuits are formed between multiple DC capacitors and voltage equalizing inductors. The discharge circuit is provided for the capacitor with the highest voltage in the previous switching period, and the charging circuit is provided for the capacitor with the lowest voltage in the latter switching period. After multiple charging operations on the capacitor with the highest voltage and the capacitance with the lowest voltage, The balance of all DC capacitance voltage can be realized. A small capacity experimental prototype is developed. The main circuit adopts diode clamped five-level main circuit and DC voltage sharing circuit, and an all-digital control system is designed to realize reactive / active decoupling control and real-time compensation of harmonic current. Finally, The functions of DC voltage balance, reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression are verified by experiments.
