【摘要】：針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)感應(yīng)電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方法中,使用過(guò)多經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式和經(jīng)驗(yàn)系數(shù),計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確性不足的問(wèn)題,提出基于電機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩約束,循環(huán)迭代轉(zhuǎn)子外徑的感應(yīng)電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方法。該方法減少了經(jīng)驗(yàn)系數(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式的使用,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)矩要求迭代確定轉(zhuǎn)子外徑,設(shè)計(jì)電機(jī)主要尺寸,并可以以此進(jìn)行其他參數(shù)及性能計(jì)算。文中按設(shè)計(jì)步驟給出了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算公式,并通過(guò)樣機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)的有效性。試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)分析表明,設(shè)計(jì)樣機(jī)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩與計(jì)算值接近,誤差在3%左右,且性能滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求,電機(jī)效率達(dá)到91%以上,適于工程應(yīng)用。本方法已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于普通感應(yīng)電機(jī)和潛油電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that too many empirical formulas and empirical coefficients are used to calculate the accuracy of the traditional induction motor design method, a design method of induction motor based on the output torque constraint of the motor and cyclic iterative rotor outer diameter is proposed. This method reduces the use of empirical coefficient and empirical formula, determines the outer diameter of rotor iteratively according to the design torque requirements, designs the main dimensions of the motor, and can be used to calculate other parameters and performance. In this paper, the detailed calculation formula is given according to the design steps, and the effectiveness of the design is verified by the prototype experiment. The test data and correlation analysis show that the output torque of the design prototype is close to the calculated value, the error is about 3%, and the performance meets the design requirements, and the motor efficiency is more than 91%, which is suitable for engineering application. This method has been applied to the design of ordinary induction motor and submersible motor.
