電力電子功率單元電磁騷擾的計算分析

【摘要】:隨著電力電子器件制造技術(shù)的進(jìn)步以及變流技術(shù)的完善,基于IGBT器件的變流器廣泛地應(yīng)用到電力系統(tǒng)中,而其所產(chǎn)生的電磁騷擾問題也日益引起人們的關(guān)注。電力電子功率單元作為變流器的基本組成單元,擔(dān)負(fù)著變換電流的職責(zé),其主要由IGBT、電容及連接線等器件構(gòu)成,在其工作過程中,由于IGBT的頻繁開關(guān),以及其內(nèi)各器件之間的多種耦合方式等原因,使得功率單元中產(chǎn)生了較高的電磁騷擾。電磁騷擾的存在會影響功率單元自身的正常工作、其他用電設(shè)備的正常運行,甚至危及人身安全。 本文在863項目“光伏電站功率預(yù)測及與環(huán)境關(guān)系研究”的支持下,研究了電力電子功率單元在工作中的電磁騷擾問題。首先分析了電力電子功率單元產(chǎn)生電磁騷擾的機理,提出了電力電子功率單元電磁騷擾的時域和頻域計算方法,并分析了兩種方法的特點,確定了應(yīng)用頻域方法分析功率單元電磁騷擾的方法。然后測量了實際電力電子功率單元的對外輻射和內(nèi)部輻射,分析了功率單元的對外輻射電場的分布規(guī)律以及內(nèi)部電場分布的特性,確定了內(nèi)部輻射騷擾強的區(qū)域。最后提出了基于部分系統(tǒng)電磁騷擾輻射情況預(yù)測實際系統(tǒng)電磁騷擾的方法,并結(jié)合實際光伏電站的電磁騷擾的測量結(jié)果預(yù)測了其電磁輻射。同時,將測量結(jié)果與國內(nèi)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了對比,表明光伏電站電磁騷擾不超過限值標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為光伏電站電磁騷擾標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of power electronic device manufacturing technology and the improvement of converter technology, the converter based on IGBT device is widely used in power system, and the electromagnetic disturbance caused by it has attracted more and more attention. As the basic component unit of converter, power electronic power unit is responsible for converting current. It is mainly composed of IGBT, capacitors and connecting lines. In the process of its work, due to the frequent switching of IGBT, As well as a variety of coupling modes between the devices in it, high electromagnetic disturbance occurs in the power unit. The existence of electromagnetic disturbance will affect the normal operation of the power unit itself, the normal operation of other electrical equipment, and even endanger the safety of the person. With the support of 863 project "Power Prediction of Photovoltaic Power Station and its relationship with Environment", the electromagnetic disturbance of power electronic power unit in work is studied in this paper. Firstly, the mechanism of electromagnetic disturbance in power electronic power unit is analyzed, the time domain and frequency domain calculation methods of electromagnetic disturbance in power electronic power unit are put forward, and the characteristics of the two methods are analyzed. The method of analyzing electromagnetic disturbance of power unit by frequency domain method is determined. Then the external radiation and internal radiation of the actual power electronic power unit are measured, the distribution law of the external radiation electric field of the power unit and the characteristics of the internal electric field distribution are analyzed, and the region with strong internal radiation disturbance is determined. Finally, the method of predicting the electromagnetic disturbance of the actual system based on the electromagnetic disturbance radiation of the partial system is put forward, and the electromagnetic radiation of the photovoltaic power station is predicted according to the measurement results of the electromagnetic disturbance of the actual photovoltaic power station. At the same time, the measurement results are compared with the relevant standards at home and abroad, which shows that the electromagnetic disturbance of photovoltaic power station does not exceed the limit standard, which provides a reference for the formulation of electromagnetic disturbance standard of photovoltaic power station.
