【摘要】：針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)潛油電機(jī)需要配備減速器才能驅(qū)動(dòng)潛油螺桿泵的不足,提出了一種驅(qū)動(dòng)潛油螺桿泵的雙分?jǐn)?shù)槽集中繞組低速潛油電機(jī),電機(jī)定子采用空間相距特定角度的兩套分?jǐn)?shù)槽集中繞組。根據(jù)特殊的繞組結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)電機(jī)在不同時(shí)刻的磁勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,表明電機(jī)能夠產(chǎn)生恒定的電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩。利用有限元法對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行二維瞬態(tài)場(chǎng)分析,得到了電機(jī)在空載和額定負(fù)載條件下的磁場(chǎng)分布及相關(guān)特性,結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了電機(jī)在電磁設(shè)計(jì)上的合理性。所設(shè)計(jì)電機(jī)可實(shí)現(xiàn)在不增大電機(jī)定子外徑的情況下增加電機(jī)的極數(shù),降低同步轉(zhuǎn)速,有望實(shí)現(xiàn)潛油電機(jī)直驅(qū)潛油螺桿泵,從而有效降低整個(gè)采油系統(tǒng)的成本,抽油質(zhì)量大為提升,對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the shortage of traditional submersible motor which needs to be equipped with reducer to drive submersible screw pump, a low speed submersible motor with double fractional slot concentrated windings is proposed to drive submersible screw pump. The motor stator adopts two sets of fractional slot concentrated windings with special space distance. According to the special winding structure, the magnetic potential of the motor at different times is analyzed, which shows that the motor can produce constant electromagnetic torque. The finite element method is used to analyze the two-dimensional transient field of the motor, and the magnetic field distribution and related characteristics of the motor under the condition of no-load and rated load are obtained. The results verify the rationality of the electromagnetic design of the motor. The designed motor can increase the number of poles without increasing the outer diameter of the stator of the motor, reduce the synchronous speed, and hopefully realize the submersible screw pump directly driven by the submersible motor, thus effectively reducing the cost of the whole oil recovery system. The pumping quality is greatly improved, which is of great significance to the energy saving of the whole system.
