大規(guī)模風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)的電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行靈活性評估

【摘要】:電力系統(tǒng)具有足夠的靈活性對于接納風(fēng)電等可再生能源至關(guān)重要。為實(shí)現(xiàn)包含高比例可再生能源的未來清潔電力系統(tǒng),亟需建立一套充分考慮風(fēng)電波動性和隨機(jī)性的電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行靈活性定量評價指標(biāo)體系;陔娏ο到y(tǒng)靈活性的定義和原理,提出了一套考慮大規(guī)模風(fēng)電接入的電力系統(tǒng)靈活性定量評估指標(biāo)體系,并基于蒙特卡洛模擬法和經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度模型,提出了實(shí)用化的指標(biāo)計算方法。該模型能夠考慮風(fēng)電及負(fù)荷的不確定性,并計入了風(fēng)功率預(yù)測誤差的時間相關(guān)性,從而反映了負(fù)荷不確定性和風(fēng)功率預(yù)測不確定性對靈活性指標(biāo)的不同影響原理。采用我國西北某電網(wǎng)實(shí)際風(fēng)電場數(shù)據(jù)對所提算法進(jìn)行了仿真分析,證明了風(fēng)電不確定性和負(fù)荷不確定性對靈活性的影響存在本質(zhì)區(qū)別,并定量研究了不同因素對靈活性指標(biāo)的影響。
[Abstract]:Sufficient flexibility in power systems is essential for the acceptance of renewable energy sources such as wind power. In order to realize the future clean power system which includes high proportion of renewable energy, it is urgent to establish a set of quantitative evaluation index system of power system operation flexibility, which fully considers the fluctuation and randomness of wind power. Based on the definition and principle of power system flexibility, a set of quantitative evaluation index system of power system flexibility considering large-scale wind power access is proposed, which is based on Monte Carlo simulation and economic dispatch model. A practical index calculation method is proposed. The model can take into account the uncertainty of wind power and load, and take into account the time correlation of wind power prediction error, which reflects the different influence principle of load uncertainty and wind power prediction uncertainty on flexibility index. Based on the actual wind farm data of a power grid in Northwest China, the proposed algorithm is simulated and analyzed. It is proved that the influence of wind power uncertainty and load uncertainty on flexibility is essentially different. The influence of different factors on flexibility index was studied quantitatively.
