VSC-HVDC的動(dòng)態(tài)相量建模和PLL研究

【摘要】:柔性高壓直流輸電系統(tǒng)(VSC-HVDC)是基于全控型器件組成的電壓源換流器(VSC)的一種高壓直流輸電系統(tǒng),它的兩個(gè)基本特征就是使用了全控型器件和脈寬調(diào)制(PWM)技術(shù)。VSC-HVDC系統(tǒng)電磁暫態(tài)模型十分精細(xì),但是并不適用于大型網(wǎng)絡(luò)的仿真,機(jī)電暫態(tài)模型是基于“準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)態(tài)假定”的,適合大型網(wǎng)絡(luò)的仿真。但是,隨著越來越多的FACTS元件廣泛地應(yīng)用于電力系統(tǒng)中,系統(tǒng)中出現(xiàn)了很多快速持續(xù)的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,而這種變化是不滿足準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)態(tài)假定的,因而此時(shí)機(jī)電暫態(tài)模型是不夠精確的。動(dòng)態(tài)相量分析法是基于傅里葉變換的一種建模方法,它不受限于準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)態(tài)假定,可以很好地分析含有大量電力電子器件的VSC-HVDC系統(tǒng)。 本文介紹了動(dòng)態(tài)相量分析法的理論基礎(chǔ),著重分析了傳統(tǒng)相量的局限性和錯(cuò)誤,證明了動(dòng)態(tài)相量法的準(zhǔn)確性。文中介紹了VSC-HVDC的基本機(jī)構(gòu)和特性,并使用開關(guān)函數(shù)法建立了時(shí)域范圍內(nèi)的詳細(xì)電磁暫態(tài)模型。文章接下來分別建立了VSC-HVDC準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)態(tài)模型和動(dòng)態(tài)相量模型,并分別作了仿真驗(yàn)證,證明了動(dòng)態(tài)相量模型準(zhǔn)確度與電磁暫態(tài)十分接近,但是仿真速度卻快很多。在含有大量電力電子器件的系統(tǒng)中,考慮相量的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,動(dòng)態(tài)相量模型比準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)態(tài)模型要精確。文中介紹了VSC-HVDC的控制系統(tǒng),換流站級(jí)控制系統(tǒng)是整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)的核心,本文重點(diǎn)介紹了換流站級(jí)控制系統(tǒng),控制方法包括間接電流控制法和直接電流控制法,然后提出了一種三相不平衡條件下基于積分的PLL控制方法,可以使VSC-HVDC控制系統(tǒng)更加精確。
[Abstract]:Flexible high voltage direct current transmission system (VSC-HVDC) is a kind of HVDC transmission system based on (VSC) of voltage source converter, which is composed of full control devices. Its two basic characteristics are the use of full control devices and pulse width modulation (PWM) technology. The electromagnetic transient model of VSC-HVDC system is very fine, but it is not suitable for the simulation of large networks. The electromechanical transient model is based on the quasi-steady state assumption and is suitable for the simulation of large-scale networks. However, with more and more FACTS components widely used in power systems, there are many rapid and sustained dynamic changes in the system, which is not satisfied with the quasi-steady state assumptions, so the electromechanical transient model is not accurate enough. Dynamic phasor analysis is a modeling method based on Fourier transform. It is not limited to quasi-steady state assumption and can be used to analyze VSC-HVDC systems with a large number of power electronic devices. In this paper, the theoretical basis of dynamic phasor analysis is introduced, the limitations and errors of traditional phasor are analyzed, and the accuracy of dynamic phasor method is proved. In this paper, the basic mechanism and characteristics of VSC-HVDC are introduced, and the detailed electromagnetic transient model in time domain is established by switching function method. Then the quasi-steady state model and dynamic phasor model of VSC-HVDC are established, and the simulation results show that the accuracy of dynamic phasor model is very close to that of electromagnetic transient state, but the simulation speed is much faster. The dynamic phasor model is more accurate than the quasi-steady model in the system with a large number of power electronic devices considering the dynamic variation of the phasor. This paper introduces the control system of VSC-HVDC, the converter station level control system is the core of the whole control system. This paper mainly introduces the converter station level control system, which includes indirect current control method and direct current control method. Then a PLL control method based on integral under the condition of three-phase unbalance is proposed, which can make the VSC-HVDC control system more accurate.
