基于LabVIEW的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組振動(dòng)分析與故障診斷

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,風(fēng)力發(fā)電技術(shù)得到了世界各國(guó)廣泛地應(yīng)用。同時(shí)由于風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組一般工作在環(huán)境極其惡劣的條件下,這樣會(huì)造成風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組故障頻發(fā)。其發(fā)生故障的原因有很多,其中傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障的頻率最為普遍。為了能確保并及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)傳動(dòng)鏈的故障,防止由于傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)故障而造成巨大損失,故對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行振動(dòng)分析和故障診斷是十分有意義的。本文是針對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行故障監(jiān)測(cè),開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件部分,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)振動(dòng)分析和故障診斷。 本文首先針對(duì)目前風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和風(fēng)力發(fā)電技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹,完成了對(duì)振動(dòng)分析與故障診斷系統(tǒng)的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì),其中包括傳感器的選型、振動(dòng)測(cè)點(diǎn)的位置選取和信號(hào)的處理等,通過整個(gè)硬件系統(tǒng)完成信號(hào)的同步采樣,將硬件系統(tǒng)采集的原始振動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信傳輸?shù)缴衔粰C(jī)軟件系統(tǒng)。 同時(shí),對(duì)機(jī)組傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)常見的故障進(jìn)行分析,并利用LabVIEW作為軟件開發(fā)平臺(tái),開發(fā)了振動(dòng)分析與故障診斷軟件系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)具有基于TCP/IP協(xié)議的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信模塊、生產(chǎn)者/消費(fèi)者的采集模塊、實(shí)時(shí)的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)模塊、有效的振動(dòng)分析模塊等功能。振動(dòng)分析模塊又包括了時(shí)域分析、頻譜分析、倒頻譜分析、經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分解、包絡(luò)分析、階比分析等分析方法,并成功應(yīng)用在該系統(tǒng)中。 該振動(dòng)分析與故障診斷系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)應(yīng)用在工程上,并成功地驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)的可靠性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, wind power generation technology has been widely used all over the world. At the same time, the wind turbine usually works under the extremely bad environment, which will lead to frequent faults of the wind turbine. There are many reasons for its failure, among which the frequency of transmission system fault is the most common. In order to ensure and discover the fault of the transmission chain in time and prevent the huge loss caused by the fault of the transmission mechanism, it is very meaningful to analyze the vibration and diagnose the fault of the transmission system of the wind turbine. In this paper, the fault monitoring of the wind turbine transmission system is carried out, the hardware and software of the whole system are developed and the vibration analysis and fault diagnosis of the transmission mechanism of the wind turbine are realized. In this paper, the development trend of wind turbine and the development status of wind power generation technology are introduced briefly, and the hardware circuit design of vibration analysis and fault diagnosis system is completed, including the selection of sensor. The position of vibration measuring points and signal processing are selected, and the synchronous sampling of signals is completed through the whole hardware system. The original vibration data collected by the hardware system is transmitted to the host computer software system through network communication. At the same time, the common faults of the transmission mechanism of the unit are analyzed, and the software system of vibration analysis and fault diagnosis is developed by using LabVIEW as the software development platform. The system has the functions of network communication module based on TCP/IP protocol, producer / consumer acquisition module, real-time state monitoring module, effective vibration analysis module and so on. The vibration analysis module includes time domain analysis, spectrum analysis, cepstrum analysis, empirical mode decomposition, envelope analysis, order analysis and so on, and is successfully applied in the system. The vibration analysis and fault diagnosis system has been applied in engineering, and the reliability and effectiveness of the system have been successfully verified.
