【摘要】：作為高壓開關(guān)柜的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,高壓開關(guān)對保證電力系統(tǒng)的正常安全運(yùn)行至關(guān)重要,但開關(guān)觸頭等連接部位由于各種原因會出現(xiàn)觸頭發(fā)熱嚴(yán)重、溫度異常甚至設(shè)備燒毀等嚴(yán)重事故。因此,實(shí)現(xiàn)對高壓開關(guān)柜柜內(nèi)設(shè)備溫度的實(shí)時在線監(jiān)測是保證高壓開關(guān)柜正常安全運(yùn)行的有力措施,具有重要的工程實(shí)際意義。 本文以烏海熱電廠建設(shè)高壓開關(guān)柜溫度在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的工程項目為依托,在溫度在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計開發(fā)及工程應(yīng)用等方面展開了分析闡述。首先,在現(xiàn)有測溫技術(shù)的對比基礎(chǔ)上并根據(jù)高壓開關(guān)柜特殊的柜體結(jié)構(gòu)對柜內(nèi)設(shè)備測溫的工程要求,設(shè)計了基于無線測溫技術(shù)的溫度在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的整體方案,并對比確定了三大功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,指出了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題。其次,根據(jù)設(shè)計方案,采用了TC-CW無線測溫系統(tǒng)來建設(shè)烏海熱電廠的溫度在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),分析闡述了該系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理、系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵的獨(dú)特技術(shù)。再者,設(shè)計實(shí)現(xiàn)了溫度在線監(jiān)測軟件的各項功能,重點(diǎn)闡述了智能診斷系統(tǒng)的多點(diǎn)溫度實(shí)時監(jiān)測、溫度變化趨勢預(yù)測、告警預(yù)警等應(yīng)用功能。最后,介紹并分析了TC-CW無線測溫系統(tǒng)在烏海熱電廠的工程建設(shè)情況及現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:As the key equipment of high - voltage switch cabinet , high - voltage switch is very important to ensure the normal safe operation of the power system , but the connection parts such as switch contacts can lead to serious accidents such as serious contact heat generation , abnormal temperature and even equipment burning due to various reasons . Therefore , real - time online monitoring of equipment temperature in high - voltage switch cabinet is a powerful measure to ensure the normal safe operation of high - voltage switch cabinet . It has important practical significance .

Based on the engineering project of the temperature on - line monitoring system of the high - voltage switch cabinet in Wuhai Thermal Power Plant , the paper analyzes the design and development of the temperature online monitoring system and the application of the engineering application , and designs the whole scheme of the temperature on - line monitoring system based on the wireless temperature measurement technology .
