【摘要】：國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司提出的SG-CIM模型為我國(guó)電網(wǎng)建模和信息交互建立了統(tǒng)一的規(guī)范,方便了不同系統(tǒng)和應(yīng)用間的信息集成。在現(xiàn)有SG-CIM模型的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)配電網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)需要,擴(kuò)展了模型的類、屬性以及相互關(guān)系。為克服電力系統(tǒng)安全分區(qū)對(duì)信息交互的影響,在安全Ⅲ區(qū)建立了數(shù)據(jù)匯聚平臺(tái)。在統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)源的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一體化平臺(tái)。根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)要求,進(jìn)行了對(duì)象聚合,同時(shí)構(gòu)建了實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),提高實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速度。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以GIS為依托,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)流程,集成了跨系統(tǒng)的信息,開(kāi)發(fā)了多個(gè)高級(jí)應(yīng)用,并在工程中得到實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The SG-CIM model proposed by State Grid Company establishes a unified specification for power grid modeling and information exchange in China, and facilitates the information integration between different systems and applications. Based on the existing SG-CIM model, the classes, attributes and relationships of the model are extended according to the needs of distribution network services.
