涂抹RTV的絕緣介質(zhì)表面流注傳播特性的研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)RTV涂料廣泛應(yīng)用于輸電線路絕緣子上,用來(lái)提高絕緣子在污穢狀態(tài)下的絕緣能力。在長(zhǎng)期的運(yùn)行中,RTV涂層在表面局部放電的作用下將逐步喪失憎水性,絕緣能力也將下降。RTV涂層沿面局部放電將加速RTV涂層的老化,因此,有必要深入研究RTV涂層表面局部放電特性。介質(zhì)表面局部放電的過(guò)程包含電暈放電、流注放電和電弧放電。流注放電是物理過(guò)程最復(fù)雜的,因此,本文將著重研究RTV涂層的表面流注放電特性。在"三電極"結(jié)構(gòu)中,利用3個(gè)光電倍增管測(cè)量潔凈和涂抹RTV涂料的絕緣介質(zhì)流注傳播特性。發(fā)現(xiàn)涂抹RTV涂料的尼龍介質(zhì)表面流注穩(wěn)定傳播場(chǎng)強(qiáng)增加;相同電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度下,流注傳播速度降低。此外,不同廠家的RTV涂料在流注傳播特性上存在差異,有些涂料不利于流注的發(fā)展,因此,將造成不同的涂料應(yīng)用于輸電線路時(shí)表面局部放電狀況也會(huì)存在差異。
[Abstract]:In recent years, RTV coatings have been widely used in transmission line insulators to improve insulator insulation capability under polluted conditions. In the long run, RTV coating will lose hydrophobicity gradually under the action of surface partial discharge, and the insulation ability will also decrease. The partial discharge along the surface of RTV coating will accelerate the aging of RTV coating. It is necessary to study the partial discharge characteristics of RTV coating surface. The process of partial discharge on dielectric surface includes corona discharge, current discharge and arc discharge. Streamer discharge is the most complex physical process. Therefore, the surface discharge characteristics of RTV coating are studied in this paper. In the "three-electrode" structure, three photomultiplier tubes are used to measure the flow propagation characteristics of insulating media in clean and coated RTV coatings. It is found that the steady propagating field strength of flow injection on the surface of nylon coated with RTV coating is increased, and the velocity of flow beam propagation is decreased under the same electric field intensity. In addition, there are differences in the characteristics of streamer propagation in RTV coatings from different manufacturers, some of which are not conducive to the development of streamer. Therefore, there will be differences in surface partial discharge (PD) status when different coatings are applied to transmission lines.
