【摘要】：對微電機鐵心槽絕緣環(huán)氧樹脂粉末涂熔敷設(shè)備的工作原理作扼要闡述,并通過對微電機鐵心內(nèi)槽涂覆設(shè)備的應(yīng)用以及對涂層工藝進行探索、實踐、研究,總結(jié)出一套成熟的電機鐵心絕緣層熔敷工藝和提出消除涂層缺陷的措施,指導(dǎo)電機絕緣層熔敷新工藝的推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The working principle of epoxy resin powder coating equipment with micromotor core groove insulation is briefly described, and the application of the coating equipment and the coating process are explored, practiced and studied. This paper summarizes a set of mature coating technology of iron core insulation layer of motor and puts forward some measures to eliminate the defects of coating, so as to guide the popularization and application of the new technology of electric motor insulation coating.
