【摘要】:為解決雙閉環(huán)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制系統(tǒng)參數(shù)整定困難、轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動大等問題,提出一種基于電壓空間矢量調(diào)制法的轉(zhuǎn)速單閉環(huán)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制系統(tǒng),將轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)器輸出直接作為系統(tǒng)期望轉(zhuǎn)矩角以簡化系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。設(shè)計(jì)一種改進(jìn)型比例積分控制器,限制積分環(huán)節(jié)在轉(zhuǎn)速上升階段的誤差累積,采用非線性函數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)小誤差大增益特性,兼顧了系統(tǒng)抗擾性與超調(diào)量要求,通過仿真證明了設(shè)計(jì)方法的合理性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of parameter setting and torque ripple of double closed loop direct torque control system, a single closed loop direct torque control system based on voltage space vector modulation is proposed. The output of the speed regulator is taken as the expected torque angle of the system directly to simplify the system structure. An improved proportional integral controller is designed, which limits the error accumulation of the integral in the stage of speed rise. The nonlinear function is used to realize the characteristics of small error and large gain, and the anti-disturbance and overshoot requirements of the system are taken into account. The rationality and validity of the design method are proved by simulation.
