火電廠輸煤電氣控制系統(tǒng)研究與設計

【摘要】:煤是火力發(fā)電廠的能量來源。火力發(fā)電廠內的輸煤系統(tǒng)是燃煤進入到火電廠后,從卸煤開始,直到將符合標準的煤送到原煤倉為止的工藝過程。由于燃煤的輸送現(xiàn)場環(huán)境十分惡劣,極大損害了工人的身體健康;由于輸煤系統(tǒng)的傳輸范圍比較大,經常伴有輸煤皮帶撕裂、跑偏及犁煤器的堵塞等故障;煤料的處理有很大的工作量。伴隨著國家經濟的不斷發(fā)展,用電量的不斷增加,火電廠的容量也將持續(xù)增加?紤]到未來燃煤的品種、廠外來煤的途徑很多,傳統(tǒng)的輸煤系統(tǒng)會在很大的程度上降低發(fā)電廠的總體工作效率。為了提高工作效率,系統(tǒng)必須具有較高的自動化水平,以保障穩(wěn)定安全的供應燃料、改善勞動環(huán)境、降低單位發(fā)電生產成本。目前我國部分電廠的輸煤程控自動化仍處于較低的水平,本文研究的主要內容是火力發(fā)電廠輸煤部分的電氣控制系統(tǒng)。目前我國的火電廠的輸煤控制系統(tǒng)主要分為卸煤部分、堆煤部分、配煤部分、上煤部分四大部分。其中卸煤和堆煤部分相對獨立。上煤部分和配煤部分將作為本文研究設計的主要部分。重要執(zhí)行自動化設備包括給煤機、翻車機、除鐵器、膠帶式輸送機、電動三通擋板、除塵器、滾軸篩、碎煤機、犁煤器等。在了解上煤和配煤程序流程控制及各項故障檢測方法的基礎上,構建整個控制系統(tǒng)的架構。整個火電廠輸煤程控系統(tǒng)將使用工業(yè)現(xiàn)場總線、工業(yè)計算機、可編程邏輯控制器等,以可編程邏輯控制器作為整個系統(tǒng)的控制中心,將為配煤、上煤過程構建一個較為復雜的控制系統(tǒng),使上煤系統(tǒng)和配煤系統(tǒng)可以采用連鎖/解鎖手動、程控自動、就地操作等操作方法。本文主要內容如下:首先分析了該項目的工藝流程,充分考慮輸煤系統(tǒng)的作用和運行可靠性,然后得出火電廠輸煤電氣自動控制系統(tǒng)整體解決方案。這個方案主要包括:整個系統(tǒng)的輸煤設備的電氣硬件連接系統(tǒng)、基于西門子PLC的下位機程序、基于WinCC的控制界面?删幊炭刂破(PLC)是專門應對環(huán)境復雜、干擾嚴重的工業(yè)現(xiàn)場而研發(fā)邏輯控制器,隨著具有操作方便、運行穩(wěn)定安全、應用面廣、功能強大等特性。已經廣泛地應用在許多過程自動化和許多設備自動化中,在現(xiàn)代集散控制系統(tǒng)中,可編程邏輯控制器是一種最為基本的控制單元,在輸煤控制系統(tǒng)中逐漸被應用。在實際生產過程中,設計的輸煤電氣控制有以下特點:整體運行穩(wěn)定安全可靠,符合輸煤工藝需求,提高整體效率。該系統(tǒng)充分利用西門子工控產品的優(yōu)勢,設計的整體輸煤控制系統(tǒng)具有一定的工程應用價值.
[Abstract]:Coal is the source of energy in thermal power plants. The coal conveying system in a thermal power plant is a process from the beginning of unloading coal to the raw coal bunker after coal burning enters the thermal power plant. Because the environment of coal transportation is very bad, it greatly damages the health of workers, because the transmission range of coal transportation system is relatively large, it is often accompanied by belt tear, deviation and blockage of plough coal conveyer and so on. There is a lot of work to deal with coal. With the development of national economy and the increase of electricity consumption, the capacity of thermal power plant will continue to increase. Considering the variety of coal in the future, there are many ways of foreign coal in the plant. The traditional coal transportation system will reduce the overall working efficiency of the power plant to a great extent. In order to improve the working efficiency, the system must have a high level of automation, in order to ensure a stable and safe supply of fuel, improve the working environment, and reduce the production cost per unit generation. At present, the program control automation of coal transportation in some power plants in China is still at a low level. The main content of this paper is the electrical control system of coal conveying part in thermal power plants. At present, the coal conveying control system of thermal power plant in our country is divided into four parts: unloading part, pile coal part, blending part and coal feeding part. The part of unloading coal and heap coal is relatively independent. The coal feeding part and the coal blending part will be the main part of the research and design of this paper. Important execution automation equipment includes coal feeder, dumper, iron remover, rubber belt conveyor, electric three way baffle, dust collector, roller screen, coal shredder, plough coal machine, etc. The structure of the whole control system is constructed on the basis of understanding the process control of the coal feeding and blending program and the various fault detection methods. The whole coal conveying program control system of thermal power plant will use industrial field bus, industrial computer, programmable logic controller and so on, and take the programmable logic controller as the control center of the whole system. A more complex control system is constructed in the coal feeding process, which makes the coal feeding system and the coal blending system adopt the operation methods such as chain / unlocking manual operation, program control automation, local operation and so on. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the technological process of the project is analyzed, and the function and reliability of the coal conveying system are fully considered, and then the overall solution of the electric automatic control system for coal transportation in thermal power plant is obtained. This scheme mainly includes: the electrical hardware connection system of the whole system coal transportation equipment, based on Siemens PLC lower computer program, based on WinCC control interface. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a kind of logic controller which is specially developed to deal with the complex environment and serious interference in industrial field. With the advantages of convenient operation, stable and safe operation, wide application, powerful function, etc. It has been widely used in many process automation and many equipment automation. In modern distributed control system, programmable logic controller is one of the most basic control units, and has been gradually applied in coal transportation control system. In the actual production process, the designed electrical control of coal transportation has the following characteristics: the whole operation is stable, safe and reliable, meets the needs of the coal transportation process, and improves the overall efficiency. This system makes full use of the advantages of Siemens industrial control products, and the whole coal conveying control system designed has certain engineering application value.
