【摘要】:隨著智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的深入推進(jìn),配網(wǎng)已成為我國電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的重點(diǎn),配電開關(guān)成為配網(wǎng)中不可或缺的產(chǎn)品,直接關(guān)系到電網(wǎng)的安全性和可靠性。市場、社會(huì)及時(shí)代對配電開關(guān)設(shè)備在安全性、可靠性、小型化、智能化、創(chuàng)新性、環(huán)保性等方面的需求不斷提高。本研究旨在設(shè)計(jì)一種高可靠性、高安全性的智能中壓配電設(shè)備,將傳統(tǒng)的中壓開關(guān)單元、二次系統(tǒng)的量測、通信、自動(dòng)化及電源等模塊整合設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)一、二次設(shè)備的分區(qū)和深度融合,并結(jié)合監(jiān)測設(shè)備及對開關(guān)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、柜內(nèi)溫濕度狀況、母排和電纜頭溫度、開關(guān)動(dòng)作特性等進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,使中壓配電網(wǎng)設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化。一體化智能環(huán)網(wǎng)柜,包括配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化終端、監(jiān)測設(shè)備和開關(guān)設(shè)備。開關(guān)設(shè)備可選擇負(fù)荷開關(guān)單元、斷路器單元或者負(fù)荷開關(guān)+斷路器單元的組合;監(jiān)測包括溫度監(jiān)測、開關(guān)角位移監(jiān)測、分合閘線圈電流曲線監(jiān)測等。本研究的重點(diǎn)在于解決傳統(tǒng)的環(huán)網(wǎng)柜各模塊(帶電顯示器、故障指示器、保護(hù)裝置)無分區(qū)混合安裝模式,布局混亂問題;解決各模塊接口沒有規(guī)范化,組合難于設(shè)計(jì)問題;解決開關(guān)柜設(shè)備和運(yùn)行環(huán)境不能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測的問題。對于當(dāng)前傳統(tǒng)環(huán)網(wǎng)柜所配套的獨(dú)立的配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化終端DTU,基本要將環(huán)網(wǎng)柜中每一個(gè)進(jìn)出線單元間隔(一次設(shè)備)所有二次信號(hào)線引進(jìn)來,不但信號(hào)線接頭多,而且工作量較大,易出錯(cuò),可靠性差,因此提出簡化系統(tǒng)接口及內(nèi)部接線,對不同設(shè)備所需要的相同信號(hào)進(jìn)行復(fù)合應(yīng)用,減少重復(fù)采集和接線,提出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接線定義,做到統(tǒng)一接口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。進(jìn)一步完善和豐富配電自動(dòng)化智能終端的功能,使其除具備三遙采集和控制、基本故障判斷和保護(hù)外,能采集各監(jiān)測設(shè)備的壓力、溫濕度、角位移等數(shù)據(jù),能實(shí)現(xiàn)故障錄波并進(jìn)行就地液晶界面的曲線查詢,具備當(dāng)前在配網(wǎng)中開始推廣使用的61850通信技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:With the further development of smart grid construction, distribution network has become the focus of power grid construction in China. Distribution switch becomes an indispensable product in distribution network, which is directly related to the security and reliability of power grid. The market, the society and the times in the distribution switchgear in the security, reliability, miniaturization, intelligence, innovation, environmental protection and other aspects of increasing demand. The purpose of this study is to design a kind of intelligent medium voltage distribution equipment with high reliability and high security. The traditional medium voltage switching unit, the measurement, communication, automation and power supply modules of secondary system are integrated and designed. Combined with the monitoring equipment and the operation state of the switch, the temperature and humidity in the cabinet, the temperature of the bus bar and the cable head, and the characteristics of the switch operation, the equipment of the medium voltage distribution network can be intelligentized by the integration of the partition and depth of the secondary equipment and the monitoring of the temperature and humidity in the cabinet. Integrated intelligent ring cabinets, including distribution automation terminals, monitoring equipment and switchgear. The switchgear can choose the combination of load switch unit, circuit breaker unit or load switch circuit breaker unit; the monitoring includes temperature monitoring, switch angle displacement monitoring, current curve monitoring of closing coil and so on. The focus of this study is to solve the problems of mixed installation mode without partition and disordered layout of traditional modules (live display, fault indicator, protection device) in ring cabinets, and to solve the problem that the interface of each module is not standardized and the combination is difficult to design. Solve the problem that switchgear equipment and operating environment can not be monitored in real time. For the independent distribution automation terminal DTU, which is supported by the traditional ring cabinets at present, it is essential to bring in all the secondary signal lines of each incoming and outgoing line unit interval (primary equipment) in the ring network cabinets. Not only are there many signal line connections, but also the workload is large. It is easy to make mistakes and poor reliability, so it is proposed to simplify the system interface and internal wiring, to compound the same signals needed by different equipments, to reduce the repeated acquisition and wiring, to put forward the definition of standard wiring, and to unify the interface standard. To further improve and enrich the functions of the intelligent terminal of distribution automation, in addition to having three remote acquisition and control, basic fault judgment and protection, it can collect the data of the monitoring equipment, such as pressure, temperature and humidity, angular displacement, etc. It can realize the fault recording and the curve query of the local liquid crystal interface, and has the 61850 communication technology which has been popularized in the distribution network at present.
