一種用于CFL的鎮(zhèn)流器驅(qū)動芯片設(shè)計

【摘要】:節(jié)能與環(huán)保越來越成為時代的主題,值得我們每個人去踐行。照明與每個人的生活息息相關(guān),高效節(jié)能的照明電光源在節(jié)能減排中有著舉足輕重的地位,熒光燈就是其中使用最廣泛的一種。本課題的目標是設(shè)計一款用于小功率緊湊型熒光燈(CFL)的鎮(zhèn)流器驅(qū)動芯片,單片集成高壓半橋功率管與低壓控制電路,芯片內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生低壓控制電路所需電源,無需外接;具有掃頻與輝光時間控制功能,為燈絲提供預(yù)熱,縮短熒光燈輝光放電時間,延長熒光燈壽命;內(nèi)置振蕩電路,振蕩頻率可通過外接RC調(diào)節(jié);具有死區(qū)時間控制電路,防止高、低端功率管同時導(dǎo)通;帶脈沖下拉式電平移位的高端功率管驅(qū)動,可減小芯片的整體功耗。芯片的使用方便,僅需要外接少量元器件,就可用于驅(qū)動小功率緊湊型熒光燈。本文所作的主要工作包括:①分析了熒光燈的燈絲模型,介紹了電子鎮(zhèn)流器各模塊子電路的工作原理及典型電路實現(xiàn)。②給出了芯片的內(nèi)部框圖及典型應(yīng)用電路,分析了芯片的工作原理,介紹了典型應(yīng)用中元件器參數(shù)值選取的計算方法。③詳細分析了芯片內(nèi)部各個電路模塊的工作原理,并給出了cadence下的仿真結(jié)果,其中包括:用于生成內(nèi)部低壓與其他模塊所需偏置的VDD控制模塊,用于預(yù)熱燈絲與縮短輝光放電時間的掃頻與輝光時間控制模塊,振蕩頻率可調(diào)的RC振蕩器模塊,輸出為振蕩頻率一半的、具有50%占空比方波的二分頻模塊,防止高低端功率管同時導(dǎo)通的死區(qū)時間控制模塊,集脈沖產(chǎn)生電路、高壓電平位移電路、方波逆變電路與輸出級電路于一體的高端驅(qū)動模塊。論文最后給出了芯片的整體電路與整體電路仿真結(jié)果,整體電路仿真結(jié)果顯示輸出滿足電路的設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:Energy-saving and environmental protection are becoming the theme of the times, which is worth each of us to practice. Lighting is closely related to everyone's life. High efficiency and energy saving electric light source plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction. Fluorescent lamp is one of the most widely used. The goal of this project is to design a ballast drive chip for low power compact fluorescent lamp (CFL), which integrates high voltage half bridge power tube and low voltage control circuit. It has the functions of frequency sweep and glow time control, provides preheating for filament, shortens glow discharge time of fluorescent lamp, prolongs fluorescent lamp life, built-in oscillation circuit, oscillation frequency can be adjusted by external RC, dead-time control circuit to prevent high, The low end power transistor is simultaneously switched on and the high end power tube driver with pulse-down level shift can reduce the overall power consumption of the chip. The chip is easy to use and can be used to drive compact fluorescent lamps. The main work of this paper includes: 1 analyzing the filament model of fluorescent lamp, introducing the working principle of each module sub-circuit of electronic ballast and realizing the typical circuit. 2. The internal block diagram and typical application circuit of the chip are given. This paper analyzes the working principle of the chip, introduces the calculation method of selecting the parameter value of the device in typical application. 3. The working principle of each circuit module inside the chip is analyzed in detail, and the simulation results under cadence are given. The invention comprises: a VDD control module for generating internal low voltage and bias required by other modules, a sweep and glow time control module for preheating filament and shortening glow discharge time, and a RC oscillator module with adjustable oscillation frequency. The output frequency is half of the oscillation frequency, and has a 50% duty cycle analogy wave, a dead time control module to prevent the high and low end power tube from conducting simultaneously, a set pulse generation circuit, and a high voltage flat displacement circuit. High end driving module of square wave inverter circuit and output stage circuit. At the end of the paper, the whole circuit and the whole circuit simulation results are given. The whole circuit simulation results show that the output meets the design requirements of the circuit.
