配電網(wǎng)中分布式電源的選址定容規(guī)劃

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著能源和環(huán)境問(wèn)題的日益突出,以及分布式電源發(fā)電技術(shù)的日趨成熟,越來(lái)越多的分布式電源接入配電網(wǎng),將使配電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行控制方式發(fā)生巨大的改變,為此,深入研究分布式電源接入配電網(wǎng)時(shí)合理的接入位置和恰當(dāng)?shù)慕尤肴萘恐陵P(guān)重要。已有的研究存在以下兩方面的問(wèn)題:1)已有研究所建立的規(guī)劃模型未能協(xié)同考慮分布式電源對(duì)配電網(wǎng)可靠性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗、單位負(fù)荷供電成本與配電網(wǎng)售電收益的影響,對(duì)分布式電源接入后對(duì)配電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響考慮得不夠充分;2)目前大多研究對(duì)分布式電源的規(guī)劃多采用確定性方法,不能計(jì)及到不同時(shí)刻風(fēng)機(jī)與光伏發(fā)電具有不同的隨機(jī)特性,不能協(xié)同考慮分布式電源出力與負(fù)荷的時(shí)序特性與隨機(jī)特性。本文提出了一種新的配電網(wǎng)選址定容規(guī)劃方法。首先,分析風(fēng)速、光照強(qiáng)度以及負(fù)荷的時(shí)序特性和隨機(jī)特性,將基于半不變量法的隨機(jī)潮流計(jì)算方法與典型場(chǎng)景法相結(jié)合來(lái)解決目標(biāo)函數(shù)中售電收益需要時(shí)序計(jì)算的問(wèn)題;然后,分析分布式電源接入后對(duì)配電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響,基于置信容量的思想,將配電網(wǎng)可靠性提升轉(zhuǎn)換成為單位負(fù)荷供電成本的降低,并結(jié)合DG對(duì)配電網(wǎng)售電收益、網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗等方面影響的綜合分析,構(gòu)建以電網(wǎng)單位收益年費(fèi)用最小作為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的規(guī)劃模型;之后,本文給出了配電網(wǎng)中DG選址定容規(guī)劃的具體求解方法,采用考慮時(shí)序特性的概率潮流計(jì)算嵌入到粒子群算法中的方法對(duì)所建立的模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解,利用懲罰函數(shù)處理約束條件,將優(yōu)化得到的最優(yōu)解作為最終規(guī)劃方案;最后,通過(guò)算例分析展示了本文所提方法的具體應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasingly prominent energy and environment problems, and the growing maturity of distributed power generation technology, more and more distributed power supply access to distribution network will make the distribution network structure and operation control mode change greatly. Therefore, the reasonable access position and appropriate distribution network access distribution network is studied. The access capacity is very important. There are two problems in the existing research: 1) the planning model established by the existing research institute fails to take into account the influence of distributed power on distribution network reliability, network loss, unit load power supply cost and distribution net income of distribution network, and the influence of distributed power supply on the economic benefit of distribution network after the distribution type power supply is connected. There is not enough consideration; 2) at present, most of the research on the planning of distributed power supply is mostly determined by the deterministic method, which can not account for the different random characteristics of the wind turbine and the photovoltaic power generation at different time, and can not take into account the timing and random characteristics of the distributed power supply and load. A new distribution network location setting regulation is proposed in this paper. First, we analyze the wind speed, the intensity of illumination, the time series and the random characteristics of the load, and combine the stochastic flow calculation method based on the semi invariants method and the typical scene method to solve the problem of the time series calculation of the electricity sale income in the target function, and then analyze the influence of the distribution power supply on the distribution network economy after the distribution of the distribution power supply. In the thought of confidence capacity, the reliability promotion of distribution network is converted to the reduction of power supply cost per unit load. Combined with the comprehensive analysis of the effects of DG on distribution net income and network loss, the planning model of the minimum annual cost of power grid is constructed as the goal function of the power grid. After that, this paper gives the location of DG in the distribution network. In the concrete solution method of capacity planning, the method of probabilistic power flow calculation considering time series characteristics is embedded into the particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the solution of the model, and the optimal solution is obtained by using the penalty function to deal with the constraint conditions. Finally, a numerical example is made to show the method proposed in this paper. The effectiveness and accuracy of the method are verified by application.
