變電站在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著電力系統(tǒng)容量的增大和電網(wǎng)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,變電站作為電力能源變送及分配的樞紐載體,其設(shè)備故障對系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行的影響越來越大,如果處理不好,甚至?xí)鹫麄系統(tǒng)的崩潰,給生產(chǎn)和生活造成巨大的影響。變電站設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)的研究及應(yīng)用,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)可靠、有效的設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測目標(biāo),保障設(shè)備的安全運(yùn)行,為電網(wǎng)安全、可靠運(yùn)行打下堅實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。此外,隨著我國電力改革的逐步實(shí)施,通過對變電站設(shè)備進(jìn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測及故障診斷,改傳統(tǒng)的計劃周期性檢修為狀態(tài)檢修,從而降低電力企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本,已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)降本增效的重要途徑。 本文基于在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)介紹了變電站內(nèi)變壓器、GIS、避雷器、斷路器等設(shè)備的在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)原理,研究了變電站主要設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)分層結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)、架構(gòu)體系、通訊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高級應(yīng)用等。結(jié)合寧波電業(yè)局在線監(jiān)測的安裝、運(yùn)行情況,通過對在線監(jiān)測產(chǎn)品以及主流生產(chǎn)廠家的調(diào)研,對裝置原理、技術(shù)特征和實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行了比較分析,為產(chǎn)品選型、監(jiān)測項目配置等提供重要的決策數(shù)據(jù),從而對變電站設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測項目進(jìn)行技術(shù)約束,選擇運(yùn)行可靠、技術(shù)先進(jìn)的在線監(jiān)測裝置設(shè)備。 論文最后對目前智能變電站采用在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)后的優(yōu)勢和投資因素進(jìn)行了分析計算,并對設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)舉例,以此說明在線監(jiān)測的合理使用的重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the increase of power system capacity and the expansion of power network scale, substation, as the hub carrier of power energy transmission and distribution, has more and more influence on the safe operation of power system. It can even lead to the collapse of the entire system, which has a huge impact on production and life. The research and application of on-line monitoring technology of substation equipment can realize reliable and effective monitoring target of equipment running condition, guarantee the safe operation of equipment, and lay a solid foundation for the safe and reliable operation of power grid. In addition, with the gradual implementation of the electric power reform in our country, through the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of substation equipment, the traditional scheduled periodic maintenance is changed into the condition based maintenance, thus reducing the production cost of the electric power enterprise. Has become an important way to reduce the cost and increase efficiency. Based on the present situation of on-line monitoring technology, this paper mainly introduces the principle of on-line monitoring technology for transformer, arrester, circuit breaker and so on in substation, and studies the characteristics and architecture of on-line monitoring system of main equipment in substation. Communication standards, advanced applications, etc. Combined with the installation and operation of on-line monitoring of Ningbo Electric Power Bureau, through the investigation of on-line monitoring products and mainstream manufacturers, the principle, technical characteristics and practical application of the device are compared and analyzed, so as to select the products. Monitoring project configuration provides important decision data, so as to carry out technical constraints on substation equipment on-line monitoring project, and select reliable and technologically advanced on-line monitoring device equipment. At last, the paper analyzes and calculates the advantages and investment factors of the intelligent substation after adopting the on-line monitoring system, and gives a technical and economic example of the equipment condition monitoring system, which illustrates the importance of the rational use of the on-line monitoring system.
