電容式電壓互感器電路參數(shù)對(duì)電網(wǎng)諧波電壓測(cè)量的影響

【摘要】:針對(duì)66 kV以上等級(jí)電網(wǎng)大多采用電容式電壓互感器(capacitor voltage transformer,CVT)、其諧波傳變特性定量規(guī)律不明、不宜進(jìn)行諧波電壓測(cè)量的現(xiàn)狀,論證諧波條件下的CVT可等效為一線性電路,并以此為基礎(chǔ)提出級(jí)聯(lián)分級(jí)分析方法。結(jié)合實(shí)際參數(shù)對(duì)每級(jí)諧波傳變特性進(jìn)行分析,獲得CVT電路參數(shù)對(duì)其諧波傳變特性的定量影響規(guī)律,即明確利用CVT測(cè)量諧波電壓的影響因素。仿真結(jié)果表明:中間變壓器一次側(cè)線圈的等效雜散電容將導(dǎo)致CVT幅頻特性在1 kHz之后的某頻率點(diǎn)發(fā)生放大;阻尼器參數(shù)影響50 Hz以上頻段的頻率特性變化率;負(fù)荷在1~10倍額定負(fù)荷范圍變化以及中間變壓器勵(lì)磁阻抗在0.1~1倍額定參數(shù)范圍變化時(shí)對(duì)CVT頻率特性的影響可忽略。所得結(jié)論對(duì)CVT產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及利用其測(cè)量諧波電壓具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that capacitors voltage transformers are mostly used in 66 kV or above power networks, the quantitative law of harmonic transmission characteristics is unknown and it is not suitable to measure harmonic voltage. It is proved that the CVT under harmonic condition can be equivalent to a linear circuit. On this basis, a cascade hierarchical analysis method is proposed. Based on the analysis of the harmonic transmission characteristics of each order based on the actual parameters, the quantitative influence of CVT circuit parameters on the harmonic transmission characteristics is obtained, that is, the influence factors of measuring harmonic voltage by CVT. The simulation results show that the equivalent stray capacitance of the primary side coil of the intermediate transformer will result in the amplification of the CVT amplitude-frequency characteristic at a frequency point after 1 kHz, and the damper parameters will affect the frequency characteristic change rate of the frequency band above 50 Hz. The influence of load range of 10 times rated load on the frequency characteristics of CVT can be neglected when the excitation impedance of intermediate transformer changes in the range of 0.1 times rated parameters. The conclusions can be used for reference in the design of CVT products and the measurement of harmonic voltage.
