【摘要】:為拓寬直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制(direct torque control,DTC)方式下永磁同步電機(jī)(permanent magnet synchronous motors,PMSM)系統(tǒng)的高速運(yùn)行范圍,系統(tǒng)地分析了PMSM系統(tǒng)在最大轉(zhuǎn)矩電流比、恒功率轉(zhuǎn)速比和最大轉(zhuǎn)矩電壓比3種運(yùn)行方式下的特點(diǎn)。根據(jù)DTC穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行要求,提出了基于轉(zhuǎn)矩角限幅的空間矢量調(diào)制(space vector modulation,SVM)-DTC方法,拓寬了PMSM的高速穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行范圍。其次利用定子磁鏈定向兩相同步旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)系下PMSM的數(shù)學(xué)模型,提出了基于改進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)矩給定的DTC方法。仿真研究表明,改進(jìn)方法均保留了DTC固有的動(dòng)態(tài)性能優(yōu)異、計(jì)算方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),均可拓寬PMSM的高速運(yùn)行范圍。其中,基于改進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)矩給定的DTC方法可使電機(jī)在同時(shí)滿足電流和電壓限幅的狀態(tài)下實(shí)現(xiàn)高速穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,性能更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:In order to widen the high speed operation range of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) system under direct torque control (DTC) mode, the maximum torque / current ratio of PMSM system is analyzed systematically. The characteristics of constant power speed ratio and maximum torque voltage ratio in three operation modes. According to the requirement of stable operation of DTC, the space vector modulation space vector modulationsSVMM-DTC method based on torque angle limit is proposed, which widens the high speed and stable operation range of PMSM. Secondly, using the mathematical model of PMSM in stator flux oriented two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate system, a DTC method based on improved torque is proposed. The simulation results show that the improved methods retain the advantages of excellent dynamic performance and convenient calculation of DTC, and can widen the range of high-speed operation of PMSM. Among them, the DTC method based on the improved torque can make the motor run at high speed and stable under the condition of current and voltage limiting simultaneously, and the performance is better.
