復(fù)合絕緣子傘裙老化評(píng)估的核磁共振分析方法及傳感器研究

【摘要】:復(fù)合絕緣子以其重量輕,機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高,耐污性能好等優(yōu)良性能,在高壓輸電線路中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而,隨著復(fù)合絕緣子使用量的劇增和掛網(wǎng)運(yùn)行時(shí)間的增長(zhǎng),復(fù)合絕緣子的老化問題越來(lái)越受到電力運(yùn)行部門的關(guān)注。開展復(fù)合絕緣子老化狀態(tài)評(píng)估及檢測(cè)方法研究,對(duì)于及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷,避免由此帶來(lái)的線路事故,保障電力系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行意義重大。 現(xiàn)有的檢測(cè)方法或不夠準(zhǔn)確,或不能無(wú)損測(cè)量。本文提出采用低場(chǎng)核磁共振技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)復(fù)合絕緣子傘裙老化狀態(tài)進(jìn)行無(wú)損檢測(cè),并以此為目標(biāo)開展了基于低場(chǎng)核磁共振原理的復(fù)合絕緣子傘裙老化特性的初步研究。本文的主要工作內(nèi)容如下: ①提出基于低場(chǎng)核磁共振的復(fù)合絕緣子傘裙老化檢測(cè)方法,并對(duì)低場(chǎng)核磁共振的檢測(cè)原理進(jìn)行分析研究。 ②根據(jù)復(fù)合絕緣子傘裙的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)并制作了夾鉗結(jié)構(gòu)的便攜式核磁共振傳感器。該傳感器由夾鉗式結(jié)構(gòu)、磁體結(jié)構(gòu)、射頻線圈及調(diào)諧匹配電路四部分組成,連接到核磁共振譜儀上,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)復(fù)合絕緣子傘裙的無(wú)損檢測(cè)。 ③研究了核磁共振回波信號(hào)的拉普拉斯逆變換分析方法,在對(duì)回波信號(hào)反演分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上制作了核磁共振回波分析軟件,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)低場(chǎng)核磁共振弛豫信號(hào)進(jìn)行單指數(shù)、雙指數(shù)函數(shù)擬合和拉普拉斯逆變換處理。 ④對(duì)在同一輸電線路上掛網(wǎng)運(yùn)行不同年限的復(fù)合絕緣子進(jìn)行便攜式核磁共振測(cè)量實(shí)驗(yàn),,采用核磁共振回波分析軟件進(jìn)行處理,選取由拉普拉斯逆變換得到的核磁共振特征量橫向弛豫時(shí)間T2long mean表征復(fù)合絕緣子的老化程度。 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,隨著運(yùn)行時(shí)間的增加,復(fù)合絕緣子傘裙老化程度加重,對(duì)應(yīng)的橫向弛豫時(shí)間呈減小的趨勢(shì)。因此,用便攜式低場(chǎng)核磁共振傳感器測(cè)量得到的T2long mean橫向弛豫時(shí)間來(lái)反映復(fù)合絕緣子的老化程度是可行的。 本文的研究工作有助于建立基于低場(chǎng)核磁共振的復(fù)合絕緣子老化特性評(píng)估的新方法,對(duì)于開展復(fù)合絕緣子傘裙老化特性及老化機(jī)理的研究,科學(xué)評(píng)估復(fù)合絕緣子的使用壽命具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Composite insulators are widely used in high voltage transmission lines because of their light weight, high mechanical strength and good pollution resistance. However, with the rapid increase in the use of composite insulators and the increase in the operation time of the grid, the aging of composite insulators has attracted more and more attention from power operation departments. It is of great significance to study the aging state assessment and detection method of composite insulators for detecting defects in time, avoiding line accidents and ensuring the safe and stable operation of power system. Existing testing methods are either not accurate or nondestructive. In this paper, a low field nuclear magnetic resonance (LFS) technique is proposed to detect the aging state of composite insulator skirt, and the aging characteristics of composite insulator skirt based on the principle of low field nuclear magnetic resonance (LFNMR) are studied. The main work of this paper is as follows: The main contents are as follows: 1. The aging detection method of composite insulator skirt based on low field nuclear magnetic resonance (LFNMR) is proposed, and the principle of low field nuclear magnetic resonance (LFS) detection is analyzed. According to the structural characteristics of composite insulator umbrella skirt, a portable nuclear magnetic resonance sensor with clamp structure is designed and fabricated. The sensor is composed of clamp structure, magnet structure, RF coil and tuning matching circuit. The sensor is connected to the NMR spectrometer and can be used for nondestructive testing of composite insulator umbrella skirt. 3. The inverse Laplace transform analysis method of nuclear magnetic resonance echo signal is studied. Based on the inverse analysis of the echo signal, a nuclear magnetic resonance echo analysis software is made, which can realize the single exponent of the low field nuclear magnetic resonance relaxation signal. Double exponential function fitting and Laplace inverse transform processing. (4) the portable nuclear magnetic resonance measurement experiment is carried out for composite insulators with different years of operation on the same transmission line, and the nuclear magnetic resonance echo analysis software is used to process them. The transverse relaxation time (T2long mean) obtained from the inverse Laplace transform is selected to characterize the aging degree of composite insulators. The experimental results show that the aging degree of composite insulator umbrella skirt increases with the increase of running time and the corresponding transverse relaxation time decreases. Therefore, it is feasible to use the T2long mean transverse relaxation time measured by a portable low-field NMR sensor to reflect the aging degree of composite insulators. The research work in this paper is helpful to establish a new method to evaluate the aging characteristics of composite insulators based on low field NMR, and to study the aging characteristics and aging mechanism of composite insulator skirt. It is of great practical significance to evaluate the service life of composite insulator scientifically.
