基于介電頻域特性的套管絕緣狀態(tài)評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:變壓器套管作為電網(wǎng)核心設(shè)備——變壓器的關(guān)鍵組件,在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中,會(huì)受到高壓、電磁、溫度等運(yùn)行環(huán)境的影響,其絕緣會(huì)發(fā)生劣化和性能下降,導(dǎo)致電力變壓器發(fā)生故障。套管的事故不僅會(huì)導(dǎo)致自身及變壓器的損壞,還會(huì)導(dǎo)致高壓輸電系統(tǒng)的中斷,給社會(huì)和國(guó)家造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。因此,高壓變壓器套管的絕緣狀態(tài)檢測(cè)與狀態(tài)評(píng)估對(duì)電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行具有保障和預(yù)防作用,具有十分重要意義。頻域介電響應(yīng)法雖然在電力絕緣檢測(cè)中得到了廣泛的研究與應(yīng)用,但鮮有將頻域介電響應(yīng)法應(yīng)用到高壓套管的絕緣狀態(tài)檢測(cè)與評(píng)估。本論文應(yīng)用頻域介電響應(yīng)法對(duì)電容式油紙絕緣變壓器套管進(jìn)行絕緣檢測(cè)與評(píng)估研究。首先,根據(jù)油紙絕緣極化理論建立高壓套管油紙絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)的介電頻域響應(yīng)仿真模型并對(duì)其進(jìn)行仿真研究,然后,設(shè)計(jì)了電容式油紙絕緣套管的物理模型,進(jìn)行熱老化試驗(yàn)研究,并對(duì)不同老化程度的套管被試品進(jìn)行一些列頻域介電譜曲線(FDS)測(cè)試。找出不同老化程度的套管被試品的電容量C及介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)tanδ頻域譜線與絕緣老化時(shí)間及絕緣老化狀態(tài)的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,為介質(zhì)頻域響應(yīng)分析法在電容式油紙高壓套管的絕緣檢測(cè)與評(píng)估應(yīng)用,探究了一種新的方法。研究獲得主要成果如下:(1)通過(guò)深入研究油紙電容式高壓套管結(jié)構(gòu)及油紙絕緣介電頻域響應(yīng)理論,構(gòu)建了高壓套管油紙絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)Debye仿真模型。(2)通過(guò)仿真與熱老化試驗(yàn)分析,獲得高壓套管電容量C頻域譜曲線隨著絕緣狀態(tài)的劣化而升高的變化規(guī)律。介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)頻域譜曲線只有在1Hz處能夠有規(guī)律的隨絕緣狀態(tài)的劣化而發(fā)生對(duì)應(yīng)改變。(3)經(jīng)仿真與試驗(yàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),電容量C頻域譜曲線能用f(x)=a*exp(b*x)+c*exp(d*x)函數(shù)進(jìn)行很好的擬合。(4)試驗(yàn)研究和分析表明:油紙絕緣套管電容量C的頻域譜曲線的積分與老化時(shí)間或絕緣紙聚合度的倒數(shù)差成二次函數(shù)關(guān)系。為應(yīng)用電容量頻域譜曲線研究其套管油紙絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)的絕緣狀態(tài)提供一種新方法。
[Abstract]:As the key component of transformer, transformer bushing will be affected by high voltage, electromagnetic, temperature and other operating environments during operation, and its insulation will deteriorate and its performance will decline, which will lead to power transformer failure. The accident of casing will not only cause damage to itself and transformer, but also lead to the interruption of HV transmission system, which will cause huge economic losses to society and country. Therefore, the insulation state detection and state evaluation of high-voltage transformer bushing is of great significance for the safe operation of power network. Although the frequency-domain dielectric response method has been widely studied and applied in the electric insulation detection, the frequency-domain dielectric response method has rarely been applied to the insulation state detection and evaluation of high-voltage sleeving. In this paper, the dielectric response method in frequency domain is used to detect and evaluate the insulation of capacitive oil-paper insulated transformer casing. First of all, according to the theory of oil-paper insulation polarization, the dielectric frequency domain response simulation model of high-voltage sleeving oil-paper insulation structure is established and simulated. Then, the physical model of capacitive oil-paper insulating sleeving is designed, and the thermal aging test is carried out. A number of dielectric spectrum curve lines (FDS) were measured for the casing samples with different aging degrees. The relationship between capacitance C and dielectric loss factor tan 未 frequency-domain spectral lines, insulation aging time and insulation aging state were found out. In order to apply the dielectric frequency domain response analysis method to the insulation detection and evaluation of capacitive oil paper high voltage sleeving, a new method is explored. The main results are as follows: (1) through the in-depth study on the structure of oil-paper capacitive high-voltage casing and the theory of dielectric frequency response of oil-paper insulation, the Debye simulation model of oil-paper insulation structure of high-voltage casing is constructed. The C-frequency spectrum curve of high voltage bushing is obtained, which increases with the deterioration of insulation state. The frequency domain spectrum curve of dielectric loss factor can change regularly with the deterioration of insulation state only at 1Hz. The experimental study and analysis of the C frequency domain spectrum curve of oil-paper insulating sleeving can be carried out by using the function of f ~ (x) ~ (X) ~ (() ~ (?) ~ (4). The results show that the integration of the spectrum curve in frequency domain of oil-paper insulating sleeve C has a quadratic function with the ageing time or the reciprocal difference of the degree of polymerization of insulator paper. It provides a new method to study the insulation state of the oil-paper insulation structure of the casing by using the frequency domain spectrum curve of capacitance.
