【摘要】:本文基于ASME規(guī)范第XI卷附錄C“管道缺陷評(píng)定”,研究管道缺陷的評(píng)估方法和流程,并針對(duì)評(píng)估流程中最重要的缺陷擴(kuò)展分析進(jìn)行了深入研究。同時(shí),利用有限元軟件對(duì)線彈性缺陷擴(kuò)展進(jìn)行了模擬,獲得了載荷形式與缺陷擴(kuò)展特性之間的關(guān)系,研究了載荷對(duì)稱缺陷和非載荷對(duì)稱缺陷兩種情況,建立了一套替代規(guī)范計(jì)算的缺陷擴(kuò)展計(jì)算方法,結(jié)果更加準(zhǔn)確。此外,對(duì)環(huán)向貫穿裂紋的擴(kuò)展和R/t大于20的管道的缺陷擴(kuò)展特性進(jìn)行了初步的探討。
[Abstract]:Based on Appendix C of Volume XI of ASME Code "Pipeline defect Evaluation", this paper studies the evaluation method and flow of pipeline defects, and makes a thorough study on the most important defect extension analysis in the evaluation process.At the same time, the linear elastic defect propagation is simulated by the finite element software, and the relationship between the load form and the defect propagation characteristics is obtained. The load-symmetric defect and the non-load-symmetric defect are studied.In this paper, a set of defect expansion calculation method is established, and the results are more accurate.In addition, the propagation characteristics of ring-through cracks and defects in pipelines with R / t > 20 are discussed.
