配電網(wǎng)精益化規(guī)劃研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:配電網(wǎng)是電力系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,是向用戶供電的一個(gè)重要紐帶,整個(gè)電力系統(tǒng)對(duì)用戶的供電能力和供電質(zhì)量最終都必須通過它來實(shí)現(xiàn)和保障。隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,用電負(fù)荷的不斷增加,用戶對(duì)配電網(wǎng)供電能力和供電質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求。如何通過配電網(wǎng)的合理規(guī)劃,綜合量化考慮可靠性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性的平衡,力求滿足可靠性目標(biāo)的同時(shí)最大化經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益逐漸成為目前的研究熱點(diǎn)。 本文貫徹以可靠性為中心的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃理念,引入全壽命周期管理的概念,提出了適應(yīng)當(dāng)下配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展新形勢(shì)的配電網(wǎng)精益化規(guī)劃方法,形成了上年度投資后評(píng)價(jià)-現(xiàn)狀電網(wǎng)綜合評(píng)價(jià)-配電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)-配電網(wǎng)優(yōu)化改造規(guī)劃-規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)選-規(guī)劃前評(píng)估的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃新框架。 其次,本文對(duì)配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了研究,用解析法分別對(duì)架空線路故障和電纜線路故障進(jìn)行了分析,形成了可靠性量化評(píng)估的預(yù)測(cè)模型,建立了一個(gè)綜合考慮全壽命周期內(nèi)規(guī)劃方案的投資效益的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃模型。該模型在力求降低投資和運(yùn)行成本的同時(shí),綜合考慮可靠性的提高,增供電量的提升和最小化網(wǎng)損的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,有效地協(xié)調(diào)電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和可靠性。 最后,本文采用MATLAB軟件用C語言編寫配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架規(guī)劃程序,進(jìn)行了算例仿真分析,將模糊自適應(yīng)改進(jìn)粒子群算法應(yīng)用于配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架規(guī)劃,對(duì)所建立的數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行求解,得到了在滿足配電網(wǎng)輻射狀供電和線路容量等條件下,配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目全壽命周期內(nèi)的投資效益比最優(yōu)的帶聯(lián)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)架規(guī)劃方案,并將結(jié)果與其他模型的規(guī)劃結(jié)果進(jìn)行橫向比較,證明了本文提出的規(guī)劃方法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Distribution network is an important part of power system and an important link to supply power to users. The power supply ability and quality of the whole power system must be realized and guaranteed by it.With the development of national economy and the increasing of power load, users have put forward higher requirements for power supply ability and quality of distribution network.How to realize the balance of reliability and economy through rational planning of distribution network and how to maximize the economic and social benefits while satisfying the goal of reliability has gradually become a hot research topic at present.In this paper, the concept of reliability centered distribution network planning is carried out, and the concept of life-cycle management is introduced, and the lean planning method of distribution network is put forward to adapt to the new situation of distribution network development.A new framework of distribution network planning is formed, which is the post-investment evaluation of last year, the comprehensive evaluation of current power network, the load forecasting of distribution network, the optimization of distribution network reconstruction planning, the optimal selection of planning projects and the pre-planning evaluation.Secondly, this paper studies the network planning of distribution network, analyzes the overhead line fault and cable line fault by analytic method, and forms a quantitative reliability prediction model.A distribution network planning model considering the investment benefit of the whole life cycle planning scheme is established.In order to reduce the investment and operation cost, the model considers comprehensively the improvement of reliability, the increase of power supply and the minimization of the economic value of network loss, so as to effectively coordinate the economy and reliability of the power network planning scheme.Finally, the MATLAB software is used to compile the distribution network planning program in C language, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The fuzzy adaptive improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to the distribution network planning, and the mathematical model is solved.Under the condition of satisfying the radial power supply and line capacity of the distribution network, the optimal investment benefit ratio in the whole life cycle of the distribution network planning project is obtained.The results are compared horizontally with the results of other models, which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed programming method.
