無位置傳感器BLDC電機控制器研究

【摘要】:無刷直流電機(Brushless Direct Current Motor,BLDCM)由于其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、良好的可控性,,調(diào)速性能好,運行效率,方便維護(hù)等優(yōu)點,被認(rèn)為是21世紀(jì)最有發(fā)展前途和廣泛應(yīng)用前景的電子控制電機。無位置傳感器BLDC電機的出現(xiàn),使得電機結(jié)構(gòu)變得更加簡單,使其應(yīng)用范圍進(jìn)一步擴大,且控制優(yōu)勢更為明顯。本論文主要圍繞無位置傳感器BLDC電機的控制方法從理論和實踐進(jìn)行深入的研究。 首先,本文對無刷直流電機的優(yōu)勢、發(fā)展和應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了簡要的介紹,從電機控制系統(tǒng)角度通過對電機結(jié)構(gòu),六步法控制原理,檢測轉(zhuǎn)子位置所應(yīng)用的方法等的介紹分析了BLDC電機的基本工作原理,同時給出了BLDC電機的數(shù)學(xué)模型以及等效電路。 其次,制定了本文所研究無位置傳感器BLDC電機的控制策略,介紹了PWM調(diào)制,反電勢過零點法檢測轉(zhuǎn)子位置,所選擇的電機啟動方式。 然后,在基于本文所制定的電機控制方案的基礎(chǔ)上,搭建了無位置傳感器無刷直流電機控制系統(tǒng)的Matlab/Simulink的仿真模型,分析各個功能模塊構(gòu)成與作用。通過Matlab/Simulink仿真調(diào)試所搭建的模型來驗證控制方法的可行性,為實際搭建的控制系統(tǒng)硬件平臺的調(diào)試奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 最后,本文介紹了控制系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計,介紹了控制器的主控部分和驅(qū)動部分各個相關(guān)電路的設(shè)計。按照之前指定的控制方法對控制器完成了性能測試,并對調(diào)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié),從整體上總結(jié)本課題所做的工作,分析了調(diào)試中所遇到的問題,并對下一步工作做出展望。
[Abstract]:Because of its simple structure , good controllability , good speed regulation , efficiency and convenient maintenance , the brushless DC motor is regarded as the most promising and widely used electronic control motor in the 21st century . Firstly , the advantages , development and application of the brushless DC motor are briefly introduced . The basic working principle of the bldc motor is analyzed from the angle of the motor control system through the introduction of the motor structure , the six - step control principle , the method of detecting the rotor position and so on , and the mathematical model and equivalent circuit of the bldc motor are also given . Secondly , the control strategy of sensorless bldc motor without position sensor is developed . PWM modulation is introduced , and the rotor position is detected by the inverse potential zero crossing method , and the selected motor starting mode is introduced . Then , on the basis of the motor control scheme developed in this paper , the simulation model of Matlab / Simulink of sensorless brushless DC motor control system is built , and the structure and function of each function module are analyzed . The feasibility of the control method is verified by simulation and debugging of Matlab / Simulink , which lays a foundation for debugging the hardware platform of the control system . Finally , the hardware design of the control system is introduced , the main control part of the controller and the design of the relevant circuits of the driving part are introduced . The performance test of the controller is finished according to the control method specified before , and the debugging results are analyzed and summarized , the problems encountered in the debugging are analyzed , and the prospect of the next step is made .
