智能配電網(wǎng)通信技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:智能電網(wǎng)成為當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的大趨勢(shì),且配電網(wǎng)處在電力供應(yīng)鏈當(dāng)中的末端,屬于直接面向廣大客戶的關(guān)鍵能源載體之一,智能配電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展是智能電網(wǎng)最基礎(chǔ)的組成部分。數(shù)據(jù)通信系統(tǒng)作為智能配電網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ),屬于智能配電網(wǎng)所研究項(xiàng)目當(dāng)中的重要項(xiàng)目之一,屬于非常重要的環(huán)節(jié),能夠提高供電質(zhì)量及可靠性、縮小停電范圍、縮短事故處理時(shí)間等。本論文在智能配電網(wǎng)的概念、功能特征、主要技術(shù)和作用意義四個(gè)方面展開研究分析,對(duì)配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、配電自動(dòng)化數(shù)據(jù)通信的功能、配電自動(dòng)化數(shù)據(jù)通信的特點(diǎn)、配電自動(dòng)化數(shù)據(jù)通信的要求和配電自動(dòng)化數(shù)據(jù)通信規(guī)約進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,對(duì)當(dāng)前常用的四種數(shù)據(jù)通信方式(電力線載波技術(shù)、無源光網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、全球微波互聯(lián)接入技術(shù)和分時(shí)長(zhǎng)期演進(jìn)技術(shù))在工作原理、技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和組網(wǎng)方式等方面進(jìn)行研究分析,通過對(duì)上述四種數(shù)據(jù)通信方式的分析比較,提出了智能配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)通信方式選擇原則和方案。方案總體采用多級(jí)分布式體系結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)合各地實(shí)際,因地制宜,采用復(fù)合的數(shù)據(jù)通信方式,從而達(dá)到各地區(qū)智能配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)中數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)囊。最后介紹了杭州余杭地區(qū)智能配電通信網(wǎng)建設(shè)情況,從建設(shè)思路、方案設(shè)計(jì)、方案實(shí)施和建設(shè)成果四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹,提供了余杭城區(qū)配電自動(dòng)化通信網(wǎng)建設(shè)實(shí)施過程中的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法。本文提出的智能配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化數(shù)據(jù)通信系統(tǒng)方案和典型實(shí)例對(duì)目前實(shí)施中的城鄉(xiāng)電網(wǎng)改造會(huì)有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Smart grid has become the main trend of the development of power grid in the world, and the distribution network is at the end of the power supply chain, which belongs to one of the key energy carriers directly facing the vast number of customers. The construction and development of smart distribution network is the most basic part of smart grid. As the foundation of smart distribution network, data communication system belongs to one of the important projects of smart distribution network, which is a very important link. It can improve the quality and reliability of power supply, reduce the range of power outage, shorten the time of dealing with accidents, etc. This paper studies and analyzes the concept, function characteristics, main technology and function significance of smart distribution network. The structure of distribution automation system, the function of distribution automation data communication, the characteristics of distribution automation data communication, the requirements of distribution automation data communication and the distribution automation data communication protocol are investigated and analyzed. Four common data communication methods (power line carrier technology, passive optical network technology, global microwave interconnection access technology and time-sharing long-term evolution technology) are studied and analyzed in the aspects of working principle, technical characteristics and networking mode. Through the analysis and comparison of the four data communication modes mentioned above, the principle and scheme of data communication mode selection for intelligent distribution network automation system are put forward. In order to meet the requirements of data transmission in intelligent distribution automation system in various regions, the paper introduces the construction of intelligent distribution communication network in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, and designs the construction ideas and schemes. The implementation of the programme and the results of the construction are described in detail in four aspects. Some experiences and practices in the construction and implementation of distribution automation communication network in Yuhang urban area are provided. The intelligent distribution network automation data communication system scheme and typical examples are presented in this paper to reform the urban and rural power network in the current implementation. It has certain reference value.
