【摘要】:馬達(dá)作為一種電能到機(jī)械能的轉(zhuǎn)換裝置,在工業(yè)控制和家用電器等領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用非常廣泛。新型的三相直流無感馬達(dá)取代傳統(tǒng)的直流有刷馬達(dá),展現(xiàn)出越來越多的優(yōu)勢,成為近年來的發(fā)展趨勢。本文詳細(xì)研究了三相直流無感馬達(dá)的運(yùn)行原理和控制理論。針對其中關(guān)鍵的“反生電動勢”檢測技術(shù)和“無傳感器啟動”技術(shù),建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析其中的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。以半導(dǎo)體BICMOS制造工藝為平臺,使用Cadence環(huán)境,仿真并設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了一種三相直流無感馬達(dá)驅(qū)動芯片AM9800。該電路應(yīng)用“反生電動勢端電壓檢測”技術(shù)和“三段式啟動”技術(shù),只需要極少的外圍器件便可以高效的控制三相直流馬達(dá)。實驗驗證,該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)方便,成本低,效率高,可靠性高。
[Abstract]:As a kind of conversion device from electrical energy to mechanical energy, motor is widely used in industrial control and household appliances. A new three-phase DC sensorless motor replaces the traditional DC brushless motor. Showing more and more advantages. In this paper, the operating principle and control theory of three-phase DC sensorless motor are studied in detail. The key technologies of "inverse electromotive force" and "sensorless startup" are discussed in this paper. The mathematical model is established and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The semiconductor BICMOS manufacturing process is used as the platform and the Cadence environment is used. A three-phase DC sensorless motor driving chip AM9800is simulated and designed. The circuit uses the technology of "reverse EMF end voltage detection" and "three-stage start" technology. Only a few peripheral devices are needed to control the three-phase DC motor efficiently. Experimental results show that the system is easy to realize, low cost, high efficiency and high reliability.
