【摘要】:電力變壓器是電力系統(tǒng)中最重要的電氣設(shè)備之一。對(duì)變壓器的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)能夠及時(shí)地對(duì)變壓器故障進(jìn)行預(yù)警,從而避免造成重大事故,同時(shí)也能為變壓器故障后檢修提供主要的參考信息,節(jié)省檢修成本,對(duì)整個(gè)電力工業(yè)而言具有重大的意義。變壓器在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)用傳感器是變壓器在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)的關(guān)鍵器件,對(duì)變壓器在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)用傳感器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用的研究具有很高的研究?jī)r(jià)值和應(yīng)用前景。 本文首先分析了變壓器在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,列舉了幾種主要的變壓器在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)用傳感器的研究現(xiàn)狀,然后對(duì)變壓器主要的故障特征信號(hào)(過(guò)電壓,局部放電,,介質(zhì)損耗)進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)主要故障信號(hào)在變壓器套管上的表現(xiàn)形式進(jìn)行理論分析和仿真研究,結(jié)合研究結(jié)果得出對(duì)在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)傳感器性能的設(shè)計(jì)要求。與此同時(shí)對(duì)各種變壓器在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)用傳感器的原理進(jìn)行理論分析,根據(jù)故障信號(hào)的研究結(jié)果設(shè)計(jì)并制作用于在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)變壓器主要故障信號(hào)的傳感器。最后搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)變壓器性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的傳感器的安裝位置進(jìn)行說(shuō)明以及對(duì)傳感器與變壓器的融合設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。并對(duì)綜合傳感器的設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)用提出設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:Power transformer is one of the most important electrical equipment in power system. The real-time on-line monitoring of transformer's running state can timely warn transformer faults and avoid serious accidents. At the same time, it can also provide the main reference information for transformer maintenance after failure, saving maintenance costs. It is of great significance to the whole power industry. The sensor used in transformer on-line monitoring is the key device of transformer on-line monitoring. The research on the design and application of transformer sensor for on-line monitoring has high research value and application prospect. In this paper, the development status of transformer on-line monitoring is analyzed, and several main sensors used in transformer on-line monitoring are listed. Then, the main fault characteristic signals (overvoltage) are given. Partial discharge (PD) and dielectric loss are studied. Theoretical analysis and simulation of main fault signals on transformer bushing are carried out. Combined with the research results, the design requirements of on-line monitoring sensor performance are obtained. At the same time, the principle of various transformer on-line monitoring sensors is analyzed theoretically. According to the research results of the fault signal, the sensor is designed and manufactured for on-line monitoring the main fault signals of the transformer. Finally, an experimental system is built to test the performance of the transformer. The installation position of the designed sensor and the fusion design of the sensor and transformer are described, and the design and application of the integrated sensor are proposed.
