【摘要】:伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,近年來電網(wǎng)用電負(fù)荷大幅度增長(zhǎng),傳統(tǒng)大電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性受到越來越多的沖擊。此外環(huán)境保護(hù)問題和能源危機(jī)問題日益凸顯,電力行業(yè)的發(fā)展迎來了一定的考驗(yàn)。所以近年來結(jié)合了可再生能源和分布式發(fā)電的微網(wǎng)技術(shù)得到了世界上廣泛的重視。而海洋能微網(wǎng)作為一種融合了多種分布式發(fā)電為海島和近海區(qū)域供電的配電網(wǎng),充分發(fā)揮了可再生能源和分布式發(fā)電的優(yōu)勢(shì),環(huán)保、靈活、高效。本文研究的依托項(xiàng)目就是結(jié)合了波浪能、海流能發(fā)電和多元儲(chǔ)能的海洋能集成微網(wǎng)供電系統(tǒng)。微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的控制技術(shù)是海洋能微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容之一。微電網(wǎng)中分布式電源具有多樣性,它們的電能出力也存在間歇性和波動(dòng)性。并且微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)里往往使用多種電力電子設(shè)備,控制技術(shù)和策略相對(duì)復(fù)雜,對(duì)微網(wǎng)供電質(zhì)量有影響。因此微網(wǎng)中多種分布式電源的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行,多種電力電子設(shè)備的有效配合和微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的電能轉(zhuǎn)換有賴于微網(wǎng)的良好的控制策略。本文首先介紹了課題的研究背景,微網(wǎng)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況,以及微網(wǎng)控制技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀。然后介紹了不同類型的分布式微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)和對(duì)應(yīng)的基本控制,深入研究了適用于海洋能的微網(wǎng)分布式電源的控制技術(shù)和微網(wǎng)整體控制策略,并通過MATLAB/Simulink軟件建模;300kW海洋能集成供電系統(tǒng)中的發(fā)電端的間歇性和波動(dòng)性,根據(jù)海島實(shí)際用電情況,針對(duì)本文項(xiàng)目采用的離網(wǎng)型海洋能微電網(wǎng),結(jié)合儲(chǔ)能控制技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了適用于該項(xiàng)目的微網(wǎng)控制技術(shù)和策略,系統(tǒng)整體采用主從控制,其中儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)采用基于SVPWM控制的V/f控制技術(shù),海洋能分布式電源采用PQ控制,通過MATLAB/Simulink建立仿真,仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)中控制策略的有效性和正確性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the power load of the power grid has increased greatly in recent years, and the stability and reliability of the traditional large power grid have been more and more affected. In addition, environmental protection and energy crisis are becoming increasingly prominent. The development of electric power industry has met a certain test. So in recent years, the microgrid technology which combines renewable energy and distributed generation has been paid more and more attention in the world. As a kind of ocean energy microgrid, the ocean energy microgrid has integrated many kinds of distributed. A distribution network that generates electricity for islands and offshore areas. It brings into full play the advantages of renewable energy and distributed power generation, environmental protection, flexibility and efficiency. Ocean energy integrated micro-grid power supply system with ocean current energy generation and multi-energy storage. The control technology of micro-grid system is one of the main research contents of oceanic energy micro-grid system. Their electric power output also has intermittent and volatility, and microgrid systems often use a variety of power electronic equipment, control technology and strategy is relatively complex. It has an effect on the power supply quality of microgrid, so the coordinated operation of many distributed power sources in microgrid. The effective coordination of various power electronic equipments and the power conversion of microgrid system depend on the good control strategy of microgrid. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and the development of microgrid at home and abroad. Then the main structure and corresponding basic control of different types of distributed microgrid systems are introduced. The control technology and the overall control strategy of microgrid distributed power supply for ocean energy are studied in depth. Based on the intermittency and fluctuation of the power generation terminal in the 300kW ocean energy integrated power supply system, and based on the actual power consumption situation of the island, the model is modeled by MATLAB/Simulink software. Aiming at the off-grid marine energy micro-grid adopted in this paper, combined with the energy storage control technology, the micro-grid control technology and strategy suitable for the project are designed, and the master and slave control is adopted in the whole system. The energy storage system adopts the VR / f control technology based on the SVPWM control, the ocean energy distributed power supply adopts the PQ control, and the simulation is established by MATLAB/Simulink. Simulation results verify the validity and correctness of the control strategy in the system.
