【摘要】:變電站是電網結構基礎端點,實現(xiàn)變電站智能化是建設堅強智能電網的根本基礎和重要前提,變電站的智能化實現(xiàn)需要結合其地理位置、建設規(guī)模等自身因素。本文以郴州桂陽縣110kV橋口變電站作為研究對象,研究了變電站智能化改造關鍵技術,結合110kV橋口變電站的地理位置、電網結構、負荷供應、裝置配置、系統(tǒng)組成等基本狀況,提出符合其自身特點的“橫向、縱向”智能化改造思路,有針對性的對110kV橋口變電站智能化改造關鍵技術進行研究和應用。論文的主要工作如下所示:(1)根據(jù)110kV橋口變電站的運行方式、供電范圍、負荷發(fā)展狀況等對橋口變電站進行負荷預測,論證其在未來7年內的桂陽縣電網運行狀態(tài),分析橋口變電站過載對桂陽縣北部電網造成的安全隱患,提出對110kV橋口變電站進行智能化改造的必要性。(2)遵循“一次設備智能化,二次設備網絡化”的智能化改造原則,采用“一次設備本體+傳感器+智能組件”方案,提出對橋口變電站進行“橫向、縱向”區(qū)域劃分的改造思想。(3)采用“一次設備本體+傳感器+智能組件”方案,以電壓等級為劃分條件,通過變電站高、中、低壓三側設備信息數(shù)字化采集和運行狀態(tài)實時監(jiān)測,實現(xiàn)一次設備智能化改造。對于橋口變電站110kV出線及主變壓器三側進線間隔采用電子式互感器技術實現(xiàn)信息的就地數(shù)字化采集。對于35kV和10kV出線,保留間隔常規(guī)互感器,采用常規(guī)互感器數(shù)字化采集技術通過合并單元與常規(guī)互感器的合理配置,實現(xiàn)采集信息的數(shù)字化傳輸。(4)遵循“三層兩網”式的智能變電站系統(tǒng)結構,從“縱向”分別對110kV、35kV、10kV側網絡進行過程層獨立組網,基于IEC61850通訊標準,對110kV橋口變電站二次設備網絡化。結合變電站不同電壓等級的自動化系統(tǒng)配置和設備狀況,通過組網方式比較,對110kV側采用SV點對點和GOOSE組網,對35kV/10kV側采用點對點的網絡配置方案,組建橋口變電站過程層及過程層網絡,實現(xiàn)智能變電站“三層兩網”式自動化系統(tǒng)結構,構建一體化信息交互平臺。(5)提出對橋口變電站電源端設備和主變壓器進行在線監(jiān)測監(jiān)測,通過采用在線監(jiān)測技術對110kV出線及主變壓三側進線間隔SF6斷路器微水含量、主變壓器油分解氣體成分及濃度和避雷器全漏電流大小進行在線監(jiān)測,實現(xiàn)對主要設備的狀態(tài)檢修模式,及早發(fā)現(xiàn)不良運行狀態(tài),在故障發(fā)生前消除故障隱患,提高橋口變電站安全運行水平。
[Abstract]:Is the basic structure of Power Grid Substation endpoint, realize intelligent substation is the foundation and premise of the construction of strong smart grid, intelligent substation according to its geographical location, construction scale factors. This paper takes Guiyang County 110kV Chenzhou Qiaokou substation as a research object, the research of the substation intelligent transformation of key technology, combined with 110kV Qiaokou substation location, grid structure, load supply, device configuration, the basic situation of composition system, put forward the horizontal accords with its own characteristic "vertical" intelligent transformation way, according to the research and application of 110kV Hashiguchi substation intelligent transformation of key technology. The main work of the thesis is as follows: (1) according to the operation mode, 110kV Hashiguchi substation power supply range, load situation of load forecasting in Qiaokou substation, demonstrated in the future 7 Guiyang county power grid operation state during the year, analysis of security risks in Qiaokou substation overload of Guiyang power grid caused by the northern part of the county, it is necessary for the intelligent transformation of 110kV Hashiguchi substation. (2) follow the "intelligent primary equipment, the principle of the intelligent transformation of the two network", with "a device body + + sensor intelligent component program, put forward to the substation" horizontally, Qiaokou transformation thought longitudinal "regional division. (3) using a device body + + intelligent sensor assembly program, with the voltage level is divided by the substation condition, high, low voltage side of three real-time monitoring equipment information digitization and the running state, to achieve the transformation of intelligent primary equipment for digital substation in Qiaokou 110kV outlet and main transformer three side wire spacing using electronic transformer technology to realize the information acquisition for. 35kV and 10kV outlet, retention interval transformer, through the rational allocation of the merging unit and the conventional transformer with digital acquisition technology of conventional transformer, digital transmission and acquisition of information. (4) intelligent substation system structure based on the "three layer two network", from "vertical" of 110kV, 35kV, 10kV the network layer independent network, based on IEC61850 standards of 110kV substation two Qiaokou equipment network. Combining with automation system configuration and equipment status in different substations, through the network, using the SV point and GOOSE network to the 110kV side, the network configuration of the point on the 35kV/10kV side the formation process of substation, Qiaokou layer and process layer network, intelligent substation "three layer two" type structure of the automation system, construction of integrated information exchange platform. (5) proposed to Hashiguchi variable Online monitoring of power plant equipment and main transformer, through the use of online monitoring technology of 110kV line and main transformer three side wire spacing SF6 circuit breaker micro water content, gas composition and decomposition of transformer oil concentration and arrester full leakage current on-line monitoring, realize the maintenance mode of the main equipment, as soon as possible that bad running, to eliminate hidden faults before failure, improve the safe operation level.
