【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和能源格局的變化,社會對電能的依賴程度越來越強(qiáng),發(fā)展智能電網(wǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變,已成為國內(nèi)外電力行業(yè)應(yīng)對未來的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。用電信息采集系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與應(yīng)用將實(shí)現(xiàn)電力用戶用電信息數(shù)據(jù)的信息化、智能化,以合理改善用電負(fù)荷,滿足電力應(yīng)用的各種需求,提高用戶用電的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、安全性和可靠性。為實(shí)現(xiàn)計量公正準(zhǔn)確、數(shù)據(jù)采集及時、繳費(fèi)渠道多樣、服務(wù)便捷高效,搭建用電信息采集系統(tǒng)已成為建設(shè)智能電網(wǎng)的必要內(nèi)容,是實(shí)現(xiàn)智能電網(wǎng)的高級計量架構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)平臺和核心支撐,是通過運(yùn)用多種通信技術(shù)、計算機(jī)技術(shù)和自動控制技術(shù)對電力負(fù)荷進(jìn)行監(jiān)控、管理的綜合系統(tǒng),是電力企業(yè)用電管理的重要自動化手段,是聯(lián)系用戶和電力企業(yè)的橋梁。本文首先介紹了用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的概念和發(fā)展歷程,然后結(jié)合本人在冀北電力有限公司參與搭建電力用戶用電信息采集系統(tǒng)及推廣應(yīng)用工作經(jīng)歷,分析了國內(nèi)外用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及應(yīng)用需求,闡述了冀北區(qū)域采用多種通訊技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)采集,研究了用電信息采集系統(tǒng)通信技術(shù)及主站功能應(yīng)用等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),重點(diǎn)論述了各種通信技術(shù)、計量在線監(jiān)測、線損分析等用電信息采集系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)功能應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了新型自動化抄表收費(fèi)模式,分析了計量異常在線監(jiān)測與處置,對低壓線損進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)實(shí)時分析和統(tǒng)計,改變了管理工作中防竊電和跑冒漏滴管理難的局面,開創(chuàng)了營銷各業(yè)務(wù)信息化、智能化管理的先河。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the change of energy structure, social dependence on power more and more strong, the development of smart grid, the grid development pattern, has become the domestic and international power industry to deal with the opportunities and challenges of the future. With the construction and application of information acquisition system of electric power users will realize the intelligent electricity information data in order to improve the information, reasonable load, meet various requirements of power applications, improve the economics of electricity users, safety and reliability. For the realization of fair measurement accurate, timely data collection, payment channels, convenient and efficient service, set up electricity information collection system has become a necessary content of the construction of smart grid is the advanced metering infrastructure intelligent grid platform and core support, through the use of various communication technology, computer technology and automatic control technology for monitoring of power load Control system, integrated management, is an important means of electric automation management in power enterprises, is the link between the user and the electric power enterprise. This paper firstly introduces the concept and development of electric information acquisition system, and then combined with my participation in the building of electric power users information acquisition system and application experience in northern Hebei Electric Power Co. the company, analyzes the development status and application of domestic and external demand of electric information acquisition system, this paper expounds the regional Hebei using a variety of communication technology to realize remote data acquisition, the key technology of electric information acquisition system communication technology and function application, discusses the various communication technology, measurement on-line monitoring, electric information acquisition system the function of data application of line loss analysis, realizes automatic meter reading charging mode, analyzes the abnormal online monitoring and disposal of low pressure loss in the measurement. Quasi real time analysis and statistics have changed the difficult situation of managing electricity and preventing dripping and dripping and dropping management, creating the first step of information and intelligent management of marketing business.
