數(shù)字化牽引變電所二次系統(tǒng)在線監(jiān)測與故障診斷方案設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著我國高速鐵路的快速發(fā)展,目前我國的高速鐵路已逐步由建設(shè)期進(jìn)入運(yùn)營維護(hù)期,安全性和穩(wěn)定性成為人們對高鐵新的關(guān)注點。隨著運(yùn)行時間的增加,高鐵牽引供電設(shè)備的性能將呈下降趨勢。作為動車組運(yùn)行的動力源泉,牽引供電系統(tǒng)的安全可靠影響著整個鐵路系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行,其二次系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)直接決定了整個鐵路供電系統(tǒng)的安全性與穩(wěn)定性。為進(jìn)一步提高數(shù)字化牽引變電所的運(yùn)行可靠性,所內(nèi)二次設(shè)備的在線監(jiān)測與故障診斷的研究對牽引供電系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和改進(jìn)方案意義重大。數(shù)字化牽引變電所是由智能化一次設(shè)備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化二次設(shè)備在IEC61850通信協(xié)議基礎(chǔ)上分層構(gòu)建,是能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)智能電子設(shè)備間信息共享和互操作的智能變電所。本文主要對數(shù)字化牽引變電所二次系統(tǒng)在線監(jiān)測與故障診斷方法進(jìn)行了研究,主要有以下幾個方面:首先介紹了數(shù)字化牽引變電所二次系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)以及自身特點,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)報文分析儀裝置進(jìn)行了介紹,本文將基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)報文分析儀提供的二次設(shè)備監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)實現(xiàn)對整個二次系統(tǒng)的在線監(jiān)測并將監(jiān)測信息作為故障診斷的信息來源。然后,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的需求分析,根據(jù)二次系統(tǒng)實際的需求分析構(gòu)建了二次系統(tǒng)在線監(jiān)測與故障診斷系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計框架,將系統(tǒng)的功能和系統(tǒng)的信息源進(jìn)行了說明;诰W(wǎng)絡(luò)報文分析儀提供的二次設(shè)備監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),利用Delphi編程實現(xiàn)二次設(shè)備的圖形化監(jiān)測界面,完成對整個二次系統(tǒng)的在線監(jiān)測。根據(jù)監(jiān)測信息,通過對二次系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)信息源和評價對象的分析,建立了數(shù)字化牽引變電所二次系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)評價指標(biāo)集和層次分析模型,進(jìn)而利用模糊綜合評價法建立了數(shù)字化牽引變電所二次系統(tǒng)在線狀態(tài)評價方法,對二次系統(tǒng)實時工作狀態(tài)做出正確評價,將二次系統(tǒng)評價結(jié)果作為理論依據(jù)制定二次系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)檢修方案。在二次系統(tǒng)故障診斷的方法方面,由于二次系統(tǒng)工作環(huán)境差、電磁干擾嚴(yán)重,在信息采集、傳遞及處理過程中存在很多的不確定因素,針對二次系統(tǒng)故障診斷中信息獲取的不確定性,提出基于模糊Petri網(wǎng)的故障診斷方法。根據(jù)高速鐵路牽引供電系統(tǒng)保護(hù)特點和模糊Petri網(wǎng)的構(gòu)成及二次系統(tǒng)模糊Petri網(wǎng)故障診斷規(guī)則,用三層推理的形式為診斷單元中的每個元件建立模糊Petri網(wǎng)模型;利用某段實際線路進(jìn)行了故障診斷分析,結(jié)果表明該診斷方法能夠給出整個故障診斷推理過程,并以概率的形式給出各個元件可能發(fā)生故障的置信度,能得到正確的結(jié)果。最后介紹數(shù)字化牽引變電所二次系統(tǒng)在線監(jiān)測與故障診斷軟件。利用實例測試,證明了本軟件能夠?qū)Χ蜗到y(tǒng)進(jìn)行實時監(jiān)測并對于故障能給出正確的診斷結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country, the high speed railway in our country has gradually entered the period of operation and maintenance from the period of construction, and safety and stability have become the new focus of attention to high-speed rail. With the increase of running time, the performance of high-speed traction power supply equipment will decrease. As the power source of EMU operation, the safety and reliability of traction power supply system affects the operation of the whole railway system. The operation state of the secondary system directly determines the safety and stability of the whole railway power supply system. In order to further improve the operational reliability of digital traction substation, the research on on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of secondary equipment in the substation is of great significance to the design and improvement of traction power supply system. Digital traction substation is composed of intelligent primary equipment and network secondary equipment based on IEC61850 communication protocol. It is an intelligent substation which can realize information sharing and interoperation among intelligent electronic devices. In this paper, the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis method of the secondary system of the digital traction substation is studied, which includes the following aspects: firstly, the structure and characteristics of the secondary system of the digital traction substation are introduced. This paper introduces the device of network message analyzer. This paper realizes the on-line monitoring of the whole secondary system based on the secondary equipment monitoring data provided by the network message analyzer and regards the monitoring information as the information source of fault diagnosis. Then, the requirement analysis of the system design is carried out. According to the actual requirement analysis of the secondary system, the design framework of the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system of the secondary system is constructed, and the functions of the system and the information source of the system are explained. Based on the secondary equipment monitoring data provided by the network packet analyzer, the graphical monitoring interface of the secondary equipment is realized by Delphi programming, and the on-line monitoring of the whole secondary system is completed. According to the monitoring information and the analysis of the secondary system state information source and the evaluation object, the index set and the analytic hierarchy process model for the secondary system state evaluation of the digital traction substation are established. Then, the on-line evaluation method of secondary system of digital traction substation is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the real-time working state of secondary system is evaluated correctly. The evaluation results of secondary system are taken as the theoretical basis to formulate the condition maintenance scheme of secondary system. In the secondary system fault diagnosis method, due to the poor working environment of secondary system and serious electromagnetic interference, there are many uncertain factors in the process of information collection, transmission and processing. Aiming at the uncertainty of information acquisition in secondary system fault diagnosis, a fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy Petri net is proposed. According to the protection characteristics of traction power supply system of high-speed railway, the constitution of fuzzy Petri net and the fault diagnosis rule of fuzzy Petri net of secondary system, the fuzzy Petri net model is established for each component in the diagnosis unit by the form of three-layer reasoning. The fault diagnosis analysis is carried out by using a certain section of actual circuit. The results show that the method can give the whole process of fault diagnosis and the confidence degree of each component may occur in the form of probability, and the correct result can be obtained. Finally, the online monitoring and fault diagnosis software for the secondary system of digital traction substation is introduced. It is proved that the software can monitor the secondary system in real time and give the correct diagnosis result.
