數(shù)字化牽引變電所二次系統(tǒng)在線監(jiān)測與故障診斷方案設(shè)計
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country, the high speed railway in our country has gradually entered the period of operation and maintenance from the period of construction, and safety and stability have become the new focus of attention to high-speed rail. With the increase of running time, the performance of high-speed traction power supply equipment will decrease. As the power source of EMU operation, the safety and reliability of traction power supply system affects the operation of the whole railway system. The operation state of the secondary system directly determines the safety and stability of the whole railway power supply system. In order to further improve the operational reliability of digital traction substation, the research on on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of secondary equipment in the substation is of great significance to the design and improvement of traction power supply system. Digital traction substation is composed of intelligent primary equipment and network secondary equipment based on IEC61850 communication protocol. It is an intelligent substation which can realize information sharing and interoperation among intelligent electronic devices. In this paper, the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis method of the secondary system of the digital traction substation is studied, which includes the following aspects: firstly, the structure and characteristics of the secondary system of the digital traction substation are introduced. This paper introduces the device of network message analyzer. This paper realizes the on-line monitoring of the whole secondary system based on the secondary equipment monitoring data provided by the network message analyzer and regards the monitoring information as the information source of fault diagnosis. Then, the requirement analysis of the system design is carried out. According to the actual requirement analysis of the secondary system, the design framework of the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system of the secondary system is constructed, and the functions of the system and the information source of the system are explained. Based on the secondary equipment monitoring data provided by the network packet analyzer, the graphical monitoring interface of the secondary equipment is realized by Delphi programming, and the on-line monitoring of the whole secondary system is completed. According to the monitoring information and the analysis of the secondary system state information source and the evaluation object, the index set and the analytic hierarchy process model for the secondary system state evaluation of the digital traction substation are established. Then, the on-line evaluation method of secondary system of digital traction substation is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the real-time working state of secondary system is evaluated correctly. The evaluation results of secondary system are taken as the theoretical basis to formulate the condition maintenance scheme of secondary system. In the secondary system fault diagnosis method, due to the poor working environment of secondary system and serious electromagnetic interference, there are many uncertain factors in the process of information collection, transmission and processing. Aiming at the uncertainty of information acquisition in secondary system fault diagnosis, a fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy Petri net is proposed. According to the protection characteristics of traction power supply system of high-speed railway, the constitution of fuzzy Petri net and the fault diagnosis rule of fuzzy Petri net of secondary system, the fuzzy Petri net model is established for each component in the diagnosis unit by the form of three-layer reasoning. The fault diagnosis analysis is carried out by using a certain section of actual circuit. The results show that the method can give the whole process of fault diagnosis and the confidence degree of each component may occur in the form of probability, and the correct result can be obtained. Finally, the online monitoring and fault diagnosis software for the secondary system of digital traction substation is introduced. It is proved that the software can monitor the secondary system in real time and give the correct diagnosis result.
