表貼式軸向磁通永磁電機(jī)齒頂漏磁的分析計(jì)算

【摘要】:分?jǐn)?shù)槽繞組軸向磁通永磁(AFPM)電機(jī)的齒頂漏磁較大。在利用等效磁路計(jì)算程序調(diào)試電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案時(shí),需要準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算漏磁系數(shù),而準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算漏磁系數(shù)的前提是準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算齒頂漏磁系數(shù)。根據(jù)軸向磁通永磁電機(jī)磁通路徑的分布特點(diǎn),針對(duì)定子齒和磁極不同的相對(duì)位置,給出了不同位置角時(shí)的齒頂漏磁解析公式。為了驗(yàn)證解析公式的正確性,以一臺(tái)電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)方案為例,采用解析法和有限元法分別計(jì)算漏磁系數(shù),結(jié)果表明解析計(jì)算結(jié)果和有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果具有較好的一致性。最后給出了齒頂漏磁與電機(jī)極數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,為電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The flux leakage at the top of the teeth of the axial flux permanent magnet (AFPM) motor with fractional slot winding is larger. When using the equivalent magnetic circuit calculation program to debug the design scheme of the motor, it is necessary to calculate the magnetic flux leakage coefficient accurately, and the premise of the accurate calculation of the magnetic flux leakage coefficient is to calculate the magnetic leakage coefficient of the tooth top accurately. According to the characteristics of flux path distribution of axial flux permanent magnet motor, an analytical formula for magnetic flux leakage at different position angles is given for different relative positions of stator teeth and magnetic poles. In order to verify the correctness of the analytical formula, the analytical method and the finite element method are used to calculate the magnetic flux leakage coefficient respectively, taking the design scheme of a motor as an example. The results show that the analytical calculation results are in good agreement with the finite element calculation results. Finally, the relationship between the flux leakage at the top of the tooth and the number of poles of the motor is given, which provides a reference for the design and optimization of the motor.
