高功率因數(shù)雙邊直線游標(biāo)永磁電機(jī)的設(shè)計與分析

【摘要】:近年,適用于直線長行程領(lǐng)域、具有高性能、低成本的直線電機(jī)成為研究熱門,F(xiàn)有電機(jī)都各有缺點(diǎn)不適合直線長行程應(yīng)用,直線感應(yīng)電機(jī)功率因數(shù)和效率較低,永磁直線電機(jī)長行程時永磁體用量多、成本高,普通定子永磁型電機(jī)的推力密度不高;凇按琵X輪效應(yīng)”的游標(biāo)永磁(Vernier Permanent-Magnet,VPM)電機(jī)的問世,提高了永磁電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩/推力密度,傳統(tǒng)VPM電機(jī)長行程造價高,只有定子永磁型游標(biāo)電機(jī)可以降低成本,但是VPM電機(jī)功率因數(shù)普遍較低,阻礙了其工程應(yīng)用,F(xiàn)有VPM電機(jī)中,只有一種雙定子的VPM電機(jī)可以提高功率因數(shù),但是該電機(jī)為轉(zhuǎn)子永磁體,不適合直線長行程應(yīng)用。本文提出了一種新型的雙邊直線游標(biāo)永磁(Double-side Linear Vernier Permanent-Magnet,DS-LVPM)電機(jī),該電機(jī)是雙邊的初級永磁型VPM電機(jī),具有高推力密度和高功率因數(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),應(yīng)用在長行程領(lǐng)域投資成本低。論文研究成果有如下幾方面:1.解釋VPM電機(jī)與磁齒輪電機(jī)的關(guān)系,借助磁齒輪分析方法,研究VPM電機(jī)的工作原理,闡釋磁場調(diào)制機(jī)理,并用氣隙磁密和諧波分析驗(yàn)證。2.對比分析普通永磁電機(jī)和VPM電機(jī)磁漏情況,說明電感與漏磁的關(guān)系,結(jié)合功率因數(shù)計算式,得出VPM電機(jī)低功率因數(shù)的原因。3.對現(xiàn)有的雙定子VPM電機(jī)磁路分析,闡述本文電機(jī)設(shè)計思路,提出新型DS-LVPM電機(jī),介紹電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)特征和繞組連接方式,對磁鏈變化、漏磁、調(diào)制機(jī)理研究來解釋工作原理。4.提出程序化電機(jī)設(shè)計方法,確定電機(jī)槽極配合,選擇最佳槽極配合作為樣機(jī)方案,并對方案進(jìn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化,得到最終樣機(jī)模型的設(shè)計參數(shù)。5.基于Ansoft Maxwell對最終樣機(jī)方案進(jìn)行有限元分析,仿真得到其空載反電動勢、定位力、推力、電感、損耗、加載電壓和電流等電磁性能的波形和數(shù)據(jù),通過計算得到推力密度、功率因數(shù)和效率等參數(shù),初步驗(yàn)證電機(jī)性能。6.加工樣機(jī),搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺,實(shí)驗(yàn)測定電機(jī)的不同速度下的反電動勢、電阻和電感、不同電流的靜態(tài)推力,驗(yàn)證仿真結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, linear motor with high performance and low cost has become a hot research area. All the existing motors are not suitable for the application of linear long stroke. The power factor and efficiency of linear induction motor are low. The permanent magnet of permanent magnet linear motor with long stroke is more expensive and the thrust density of ordinary stator permanent magnet motor is not high. The advent of Vernier permanent Magnet (Vernier Permanent-Magnet,VPM) motor based on "magnetic gear effect" improves the torque / thrust density of permanent magnet motor. The cost of traditional VPM motor with long stroke is high, only stator permanent magnet Vernier motor can reduce the cost. However, the power factor of VPM motor is generally low, which hinders its engineering application. Among the existing VPM motors, only one kind of VPM motor with double stator can improve the power factor, but the motor is a permanent rotor magnet, which is not suitable for linear long stroke application. In this paper, a novel bilateral linear Vernier permanent magnet (Double-side Linear Vernier Permanent-Magnet,DS-LVPM) motor is proposed. It is a primary permanent magnet VPM motor with high thrust density and high power factor. The research results are as follows: 1. This paper explains the relationship between VPM motor and magnetic gear motor, studies the working principle of VPM motor by means of magnetic gear analysis method, explains the mechanism of magnetic field modulation, and verifies by air gap magnetic density and harmonic analysis. 2. By comparing and analyzing the flux leakage of ordinary permanent magnet motor and VPM motor, the relationship between inductance and magnetic flux leakage is explained, and the reason of low power factor of VPM motor is obtained by combining the calculation formula of power factor. Based on the analysis of the magnetic circuit of the existing double-stator VPM motor, this paper expounds the design idea of the motor, puts forward a new type of DS-LVPM motor, introduces the structure characteristics and winding connection mode of the motor, and explains the working principle by studying the flux change, flux leakage and modulation mechanism. 4. This paper puts forward the design method of programmed motor, determines the motor slot pole matching, selects the best slot pole fit as the prototype scheme, and optimizes the parameters of the scheme, and obtains the design parameters of the final prototype model. 5. Based on the finite element analysis of the final prototype scheme based on Ansoft Maxwell, the electromagnetic waveforms and data of its no-load backEMF, positioning force, thrust, inductance, loss, load voltage and current are obtained by simulation, and the thrust density is obtained by calculation. Power factor and efficiency and other parameters, preliminary verification of motor performance. 6. The prototype was processed, the experimental platform was set up, and the static thrust of the back EMF, resistance and inductance, and the different current were measured at different speeds of the motor, and the simulation results were verified.
