TCT式并聯(lián)電抗器控制繞組匝間故障保護方案

【摘要】:基于對晶閘管控制變壓器(TCT)式并聯(lián)電抗器的本體結構和控制繞組匝間短路故障特性分析,提出一種針對其控制繞組匝間故障保護的新方案。該方案綜合利用控制繞組匝間故障時網(wǎng)側零序電壓低、補償繞組零序電流大的特點,采用主判據(jù)和輔助判據(jù)相結合的方式,主判據(jù)采用零序過電流保護元件,采取兩段式的整定方式以兼顧匝間故障下保護的靈敏度和容量調(diào)節(jié)過程中的可靠性;輔助判據(jù)由網(wǎng)側零序高電壓閉鎖元件構成,并增加閉鎖判據(jù),保證TCT式并聯(lián)電抗器在系統(tǒng)非全相運行、區(qū)外不對稱故障、電抗器空投、容量調(diào)節(jié)等暫態(tài)過程中保護可靠不誤動;诜抡鏈y試結果確定了所提方案的具體整定方法,并對靈敏度進行了校驗,分析計算的結果證明了所提方案的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the main structure of (TCT) type parallel reactor of thyristor control transformer and the characteristics of inter-turn short circuit fault of control winding, a new scheme for inter-turn fault protection of control winding is proposed. The scheme synthetically utilizes the characteristics of low zero-sequence voltage and large zero-sequence current of compensation winding when the inter-turn fault of control winding is controlled. The main criterion is combined with the auxiliary criterion and the zero-sequence over-current protection element is adopted in the main criterion. In order to take into account the sensitivity of protection under inter-turn fault and the reliability of capacity adjustment, the auxiliary criterion is made up of zero-sequence high voltage latch elements on the grid side, and the latching criterion is added. It is ensured that the TCT shunt reactor is protected reliably and unmistakably during the transient process of system non-phase operation, out-of-area asymmetric fault, reactor air-drop, capacity regulation, and so on. Based on the simulation test results, the specific tuning method of the proposed scheme is determined, and the sensitivity is verified. The results of analysis and calculation prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
