體異質(zhì)結(jié)型聚合物太陽能電池中的微觀形貌調(diào)控方法

【摘要】:體異質(zhì)結(jié)型聚合物太陽能電池因具有成本低、質(zhì)量輕、制備工藝簡單和柔韌性好等優(yōu)點,成為光伏技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點,其能量轉(zhuǎn)化效率超過11%。體異質(zhì)結(jié)層作為體異質(zhì)結(jié)型聚合物太陽能電池的核心,其微觀形貌影響體異質(zhì)結(jié)型聚合物太陽能電池的開路電壓、填充因子和短路電流,進而影響其能量轉(zhuǎn)化效率。因此如何有效調(diào)控體異質(zhì)結(jié)的微觀形貌是提高體異質(zhì)結(jié)型聚合物太陽能電池能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率的關(guān)鍵問題之一。本文系統(tǒng)介紹了體異質(zhì)結(jié)的形成過程,總結(jié)和論述近年發(fā)展的體異質(zhì)結(jié)的微觀形貌調(diào)控方法,以期為體異質(zhì)結(jié)型聚合物太陽能電池的制備提供指導(dǎo)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Due to its advantages of low cost, light weight, simple preparation process and good flexibility, bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells have become a research hotspot in the field of photovoltaic technology, and their energy conversion efficiency exceeds 11%. As the core of bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells, the microstructure of bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells affects the open-circuit voltage, filling factor and short-circuit current of bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells, and then affects their energy conversion efficiency. Therefore, how to effectively regulate the morphology of heterojunction is one of the key issues to improve the energy conversion efficiency of polymer solar cells. In this paper, the formation process of bulk heterojunction is systematically introduced, and the methods of micro-morphology regulation of bulk heterojunction are summarized and discussed in order to provide guidance and reference for the preparation of bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells.
