考慮網(wǎng)架恢復(fù)過程的電力應(yīng)急資源調(diào)度方法

【摘要】:大停電后快速恢復(fù)系統(tǒng)骨干網(wǎng)架,需制定科學(xué)的電力應(yīng)急資源調(diào)度方案。提出一種將節(jié)點恢復(fù)順序融入應(yīng)急資源調(diào)度過程的雙層決策模型,根據(jù)電網(wǎng)恢復(fù)原則,上層模型計及了節(jié)點恢復(fù)順序和電力應(yīng)急資源調(diào)度方案的影響,并以網(wǎng)架恢復(fù)效率最大為目標(biāo)函數(shù)。下層模型按照節(jié)點的優(yōu)先恢復(fù)順序?qū)﹄娏?yīng)急資源進行調(diào)度,以應(yīng)急調(diào)度成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù)。通過應(yīng)急資源分配變量耦合上下層,引入KKT條件實現(xiàn)雙層到單層模型的轉(zhuǎn)換。綜合遺傳算法和變鄰域搜索各自優(yōu)勢,采用混合遺傳 變鄰域搜索算法求解模型。用新英格蘭39節(jié)點系統(tǒng)的算例驗證了所提模型的合理性。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to establish a scientific power emergency resource scheduling scheme for the rapid recovery of the system backbone after power outages. In this paper, a two-layer decision model is proposed to integrate the node restoration sequence into the emergency resource dispatch process. According to the principle of power grid restoration, the upper layer model takes into account the effect of node restoration sequence and power emergency resource scheduling scheme. The objective function is the maximum recovery efficiency of the grid. The lower layer model dispatches the power emergency resources according to the priority restoration order of the nodes and takes the minimum cost of emergency dispatch as the objective function. By coupling the top and bottom layers of emergency resource allocation variables, the KKT condition is introduced to realize the conversion from two layers to one layer model. Based on the advantages of genetic algorithm and variable neighborhood search, hybrid genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. The rationality of the proposed model is verified by an example of 39-bus system in New England.
